DIVISIONS / SKILL LEVELS

Competitors may participate in multiple weight divisions, skill levels and combinations of age divisions. To do so, they must register for each division separately and pay the applicable fees for the total number of divisions they wish to enter.

KIDS BEGINNER – For competitors with up to 2 years of training experience in grappling sports such as BJJ, Submission Fighting, Sambo, Judo or Wrestling, and fewer than 30 competition matches. Important: Competitors who have fought 30 or more competition matches must register in the Advanced division.

KIDS ADVANCED – For competitors with more than 2 years of training experience in grappling sports such as BJJ, Submission Fighting, Sambo, Judo or Wrestling, or 30 or more competition matches.

YOUNGER JUNIORS BEGINNERS – For competitors with up to 2 years of training experience in grappling sports such as BJJ, Submission Fighting, Sambo, Judo or Wrestling, and fewer than 30 competition matches. Important: Competitors who have fought 30 or more competition matches must register in the Advanced division.

YOUNGER JUNIORS ADVANCED – For competitors with more than 2 years of training experience in grappling sports such as BJJ, Submission Fighting, Sambo, Judo or Wrestling, or 30 or more competition matches.

JUNIORS BEGINNER – For competitors with up to 2 years of training experience in grappling sports such as BJJ, Submission Fighting, Sambo, Judo or Wrestling, and fewer than 30 competition matches. Important: Competitors who have fought 30 or more competition matches must register in the Advanced division.

JUNIORS ADVANCED – For competitors with more than 2 years of training experience in grappling sports such as BJJ, Submission Fighting, Sambo, Judo or Wrestling, or 30 or more competition matches.

WHITE BELTS – This division is intended for competitors with less than 2 years of experience in grappling sports such as BJJ, Submission Fighting, Sambo, Judo or Wrestling. If you hold a white belt but have more than 2 years of training and competition experience, you must register in the Blue Belt division. Important: MMA fighters with more than 5 amateur bouts on their record must register in at least the Blue Belt division, or a higher division if required by their actual belt rank. Semi-professional and professional MMA fighters are not eligible for this division.

BLUE BELTS – This division is intended for competitors with 2–5 years of experience in grappling sports such as BJJ, Submission Fighting, Sambo, Judo or Wrestling. If you hold a blue belt but have more than 5 years of training and competition experience, you must register in the Purple Belt division. Important: MMA fighters with more than 20 amateur bouts, more than 10 semi-professional bouts or more than 5 professional bouts must register in at least the Purple Belt division, or a higher division.

PURPLE BELTS – This division is intended for competitors with more than 5 years of experience in grappling sports such as BJJ, Submission Fighting, Sambo, Judo or Wrestling. If you hold a purple belt and have more than 5 years of training and competition experience, you may still compete in this division.

PRO – This division is intended for BJJ brown and black belts. It is also open to competitors with many years of grappling experience whose skill level clearly exceeds that of the Purple Belt division.

Competitors who turn 16 or older during the 2026 calendar year (born in 2010 or earlier) may register for OPEN divisions. Competitors under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.

There is a possibility to register in multiple weight categories, skill level and in different age category combinations – as long as the registration is made correctly for each category and the correct entry fee is paid for the number of chosen categories. In the event of multiple category registration, we take no responsibility for fights of different categories taking place one after another. However, athletes may bring up that fact to the judges and we will do our best to provide the athletes with the maximum time of rest between fights.

FAIR PLAY POLICY

At SOLT Federation, we make every effort to match competitors with opponents of a similar skill level. We enforce the rules to ensure fair and safe competition. Any attempt to circumvent the rules or enter an inappropriate division will result in disqualification.

Competitors and their coaches are responsible for choosing the correct division. An incorrect registration reported to the head referee on the day of the tournament will also result in disqualification. If you are unsure which division you should enter, please contact us.

Important: If you enter multiple divisions, we cannot be held responsible for potential scheduling conflicts between your matches. However, if you notify the referees during the event, we will do our best to provide the longest possible break between your matches.

BRACKETS & SCHEDULE 

The schedule and brackets will appeaer in the Instagram SOLT profile on November 18. 

WEIGH IN & VERIFICATION

Weigh-in and competitor verification will take place at three stations simultaneously. Weigh-ins will follow a schedule to be published after registration closes and the brackets are released. Competitors may weigh in wearing any clothing, including underwear.
The weight allowance is 0.00 kg, including for children's divisions. Competitors who exceed their division's weight limit will be disqualified. It is not possible to change weight divisions on the day of the tournament. Competitors may change their division themselves until the end of the final registration period: 15 November, 23:59.

WARM UP MATS

There will be a warm-up matt / area available to the athletes during the event.

COACHES

There can be one coach present along with their athlete in the fight area (area separated around the matts).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Athletes wishing to compete in the tournament must present a valid ID during the verification process, Under-age competitors must present their parent/legal guardian permission to participate in the competition. Sample permission available to download here: DOWNLOAD.

All competitors must present an identity document and a signed competitor declaration during verification. Minors must also provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the tournament.

Parental consent form: DOWNLOAD THE CONSENT FORM TO COMPLETE.

Competitors who fail to provide these documents will not be allowed to compete, and their registration fee will not be refunded. Registration fees may only be refunded until the end of the first registration period.

In the event of missing documents, competitors will not be let to participate in fights and the registration fee is not to be refunded. The registration fee can only be refunded through the end of the I registration process.

WEIGHT CATEGORIES 

We reserve the right to combine the weight or skill categories closest to each other in the event of low number of athletes taking part in the tournament. We also reserve the right to close the registration process before schedule in the event the maximum number of participants is reached.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
