When and where is Solid Ground 13 (SG13)?
The event is on Sunday, 8th NOVEMBER 2026 at Shankill Leisure Centre, Shankill Road, Belfast, BT13.
What is the event schedule?
Doors open at 9:00am, weigh-ins run from 9:00 – 9:45am, spectator entry starts at 9:00am, and bouts begin between 9:30am - 10:00am. The expected finish is ~2:30pm, but the schedule is approximate and subject to change on the day.
What are the registration deadlines and capacity limits?
This is a pre-registration only event, with no late registrations or on-the-day sign-ups accepted. Registration closes TBC and may close earlier if the maximum of 200 competitors is reached.
How do division changes work?
Division changes must be made through Smoothcomp or by email before the amendment deadline. The amendment deadline is TBC, and changes cannot be made after it has passed.
What are the weigh-in rules?
All weigh-ins take place on the day of the event, and weigh-in closes 30 minutes before the competitor’s division start time. Gi competitors must weigh in with their ID Gi and belt on, competitors must weigh in separately for Gi and No Gi divisions, and a 0.2 kg allowance applies.
What happens if a competitor misses weight?
Athletes over the 0.2 kg allowance will be disqualified and will not be moved to another division. Competitors who fail to make weight are removed from the bracket with no refund or credit.
Is spectator entry free?
Yes. Spectator entry is free for parents, guardians, supporters, and accompanying children, with no door charges or ticket required.
When will brackets and schedules be released?
Brackets and timings will be released a few days prior to the event. A live schedule will be displayed at the venue, and competitors can monitor match timing through the Smoothcomp mobile app or website.
What is the refund and credit policy?
A full refund is available if you withdraw via Smoothcomp more than 14 days before the event date. A 100% event credit is available if you withdraw via Smoothcomp between 8 and 27 days before the event date, valid for 12 months from issue; withdrawals within 7 days of the event or after brackets are released receive no refund or credit.
