FOR THE FIRST TIME, ROLL A LOT WILL HOST A JIU JITSU TOURNAMENT IN SEASIDE, OREGON. THIS WILL BE A 2 DAY EVENT.

SPECTATORS:
$20 Admission Fee for anyone 3 years and older (1 adult free for each competitor under the age of 18). Card, cash & Venmo accepted.
COACHES:
Entrance to the event for coaches is free AS LONG AS YOU REGISTER 24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT START TIME. Please email desirae@rollalot.com to secure your coach credentials to be added to the coaches list, or you will be charged $20 admission to gain a coaches band. Must have a minimum of 3 students per coach to gain free entry.

WEIGH IN:
*NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCES, NO EXCEPTIONS*
You will weigh in on the day of the event when your bracket is announced. If you are competing for both gi and no gi, you will weigh in TWICE. Please make sure you are dressed and in the building 1 hour before your bracket start time (not the time of your first match). Competitors weighing above their registered weight or failing to show up for scheduled weigh-ins are subject to disqualification and no refunds or credits will be issued.
NOTE: Parents, please be advised that "-50", "-60", "-70" means your child needs to weigh UNDER that weight WITH THEIR UNIFORM ON. Please check your child's weight BEFORE registration closes with their uniform on, and move them up a weight class if needed. There will be NO weight allowances on the day of the event upon weigh in, and no refunds or credits will be issued for being over the registered weight.

WARM-UP MATS:
A dedicated warm-up area will be available for all competitors to prepare before their matches. Please be respectful of space and time to ensure everyone has access.
MEDICAL:
Certified medical professionals will be on-site throughout the event to provide immediate care and support if needed. Your safety is our priority.

REFUND POLICY:
Registration cancellations submitted before registration closing will be refunded, minus a 5% service fee. How to edit, add more or cancel an event registration
After registration closes, if we cannot provide you with a match, we will refund your registration 100%. 'No Show'/'Walkover' athletes will not receive a refund of any kind.

To apply for our Supermatch event, email to lando@rollalot.com or instagram DM @rollalot_ with a brief bio. Act fast as we're only hosting a limited number of thrilling supermatches during the intermission between the youth and adult tournaments.
NOTE: Those who have competed at ROLL A LOT Tournaments get preference for Supermatches over those who have not.

Which activities are scheduled for each day?
Kids, adults, and supermatches are scheduled for Saturday, August 15th. The Marcus Buchecha Seminar is scheduled for Sunday, August 16th, and all matches will take place on Saturday, August 15th.
How much does competitor registration cost?
Early bird pricing ends May 22nd: 1 Division is $79 and 2 Divisions is $89. Normal registration pricing from May 23rd-August 6th is $89 for 1 Division and $129 for 2 Divisions. Late registration pricing from August 7th-August 10th is $99 for 1 Division and $159 for 2 Divisions.
Is late registration available after registration closes?
No. This tournament is pre-registration only, and no late registrations will be allowed after registration closes.
Is there an open weight division?
Yes. The Open Weight Division is an optional $15 add-on, but Open Weight Divisions are not available to White Belt Grapplers.
What is the spectator admission price?
Spectator admission is $20 for anyone 3 years and older. One adult is free for each competitor under the age of 18, and card, cash, and Venmo are accepted.
