🔎 About the Event
We keep registrations private and manually create matchups to ensure the most suitable and fair pairings. This process is done closer to the event date to account for last-minute changes such as withdrawals or new entries.
Competitors will be notified of their matchups 1–2 days before the event. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to provide the best possible experience.
🎯 Event Purpose
This is a development event designed to help athletes:
- Gain competition experience in a friendly environment
- Meet like-minded martial artists
- Build confidence and apply skills safely
🕒 Event Schedule
- 8:00 AM – Doors open (coffee and breakfast available)
- 8:30 AM – Weigh-ins
- 9:00 AM – Matches begin
- 5:00 PM – Event concludes
🎟 Entry Costs
- Team Coaches: Free (limit 2 per team)
- General Admission: $30
💰 Registration Fees
- $30 per division (e.g., 1 Boxing fight = $30, 1 Kickboxing fight = $30, 1 MMA fight = $30)
- Competitors may choose 1, 2, or 3 fights

🛡 Rules and Equipment (Compulsory)
- Mouthguard
- Headguard (not required for MMA)
- Shin guards
- Groin protector
- Sparring gloves (with suitable protective padding)
📋 Match Format
- Scoring: 10-point must system (3 judges)
- Ages 5–9: 2 × 1.5 min rounds
- Ages 10+: 2 × 2 min rounds
- Contact Level: Touch contact only (no knockouts). Focus is safety and development.
🤼 Classification of a Grounded Fighter
A fighter is considered grounded when:
- Any part of the body other than the soles of the feet touches the mat
- Kneeling on one or both knees
- On all fours (hands and knees)
- On the back or belly (regardless of feet position)
👉 The referee is always the final authority on grounded status.
✅ Legal Techniques
- MMA: Striking + submissions (❌ no neck cranks, heel hooks, or rotational leg locks)
- Kickboxing: Striking only (no grappling)
- Boxing: Punches only (no kicks or grappling)
🏆 How to Win
- Submission (tap, verbal or physical)
- Judges’ decision (10-point scoring: 10-10, 10-9, 10-8)
This is an interclub and friendly competition — the goal is development, not records.
