Weigh your athletes correctly before registering them: an error in the weight class compromises the preparation of the brackets.

Registration changes

  • to another weight class;
  • to a higher belt division;
  • if under 18: to a higher age group, but not to the adult age groups (Junior and Senior);
  • if Junior: to the Senior age group.

Until Monday, November 30, 2026, athletes who are alone in their division, or who are in a division where all athletes belong to the same team, may ask to be moved as described above by sending an e-mail to spartanacademyasd@gmail.com. Athletes who have asked to be moved, and their coaches, must check on Smoothcomp that the move has been made correctly.

Athletes who are alone in their division may choose not to move and to come to the venue to be awarded the gold medal after passing the weigh-in.

The registration fee is non-refundable. A registration can be cancelled on Smoothcomp only if the fee has not yet been paid, and no later than Sunday, November 29, 2026, 11:59 PM (Italy time). Once paid, the registration is final and can be neither cancelled nor refunded.

Points counting towards the ranking:

Points for bouts won and for wins by submission or KO are added to the placement points.

Athletes who are alone in their division still earn points for the final team ranking: a gold medal won alone in the division is worth 5 points.
