Árlegt mót Glímufélags Kópavogs (GFK) verður haldið laugardaginn 5. desember 2026

Dagskrá:

Vigtun byrjar kl. 09:00

Fyrstu glímur byrja kl. 10:00
Brackets verða birt föstudaginn 4. desember

Við munum byrja á léttari flokkunum og vinna okkur upp í þyngd.

Áhorfendagjald: 500 kr

Keppt verður í Gi og vigtun fer fram í galla. Þyngdarflokkar verða hugsanlega sameinaðir ef fáir keppendur skrá sig í flokk.

Athugið að hvítbeltaflokkur er ætlaður fyrir einstaklinga að taka sín fyrstu skref sem keppendur. Ef einstaklingar hafa mikla keppnisreynslu úr öðrum glímuíþróttum eða hafa keppt upp fyrir sig á blábeltamóti, eru þeir almennt séð ekki taldir byrjendur. Liggi einhver vafi í þeim málum er hægt að hafa samband við mótsstjóra.

Keppendur sem eru 15 ára geta fengið undanþágu til að taka þátt, með skriflegu samþykki þjálfara og forráðamanns.

Vinsamlegast vandið skráningu í réttan þyngdarflokk. Ef keppendur ná ekki viðeigandi þyngd er möguleiki að breyta skráningu fyrir 2.000 kr til að færa sig upp um flokk eða skrá sig í opna flokkinn.

KK – Þyngdir: -58kg, -64kg, -70kg, -76kg, -82kg, -88kg, -94kg, -101kg og +101kg

Kvk – Þyngdir: -49kg, -54kg, -59kg, -64kg, -69kg, -74kg, -79kg og +79kg

Rules

This event runs under IBJJF rules.

Two points for a takedown, sweep or knee on belly, three for a pass, four for mount or back, with advantages and penalties to split the close ones. Know the scoreboard before you're the one staring at it.

Are weight classes ever combined?

Weight classes may be combined if few competitors register in a class.

What happens if I don’t make the appropriate weight?

You can change your registration to move up a class or register in the open division for 2.000 kr.

Who is the white-belt division intended for?

The white-belt division is intended for individuals taking their first steps as competitors; those with extensive competition experience in other grappling sports or who have competed up to themselves at blue-belt events are generally not considered beginners, and if in doubt you should contact the tournament director.
