UNIFORM: NoGi (see uniform page for more information).
AGES: Open to ages 4 to 13. No exceptions.
SKILL LEVELS: Competitors will be registered based on training time and not belt level.
- Beginner (Under 1 year of training)
- Intermediate (Under 2 years of training)
- Advanced (Over 2 years of training)
FORMAT: Double Elimination
COMPETITOR LIST: The competitor list will be live updated and viewable in the 'Athletes' tab.
WEIGH-INS: Competitors can weigh in as soon as the doors open. Night prior weigh ins will be available. Competitors must be registered based on day of event weight.
BRACKETS AND SCHEDULE: The event’s brackets and schedule will be posted 48 hours prior to the event. They can be found on the event page ‘Schedule’ tab. Event schedules are dynamic and division start times may fluctuate.
COACHES CALL: A pre-tournament coaches call will be held after registration but prior to the event to review the rules, bracketing process, and event procedures, and to give participating coaches an opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns before tournament day. MATCH LENGTH: One 3 minute round
MEDALS: Participants in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in their bracket will receive a medal.
MERGERS: After the registration deadline, tournament staff will build the final brackets. If a division has too few competitors, we may merge athletes with nearby age groups, weight classes, and/or skill levels to create competitive brackets. We will make reasonable efforts to keep competitors as closely matched as possible while ensuring no athlete is left without an opponent.
CHANGING DIVISIONS AND CANCELLING REGISTRATION: Competitors can edit or cancel their registration anytime up until 22 September 2026.
