Our 7th Scrimmage starts 12:00pm, on July 12th, at Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu. Located at 1211 N Queen St, Martinsburg, WV 25404
Registration is open - if you want a superfight there's a section for that - throw your name on the pile in there and send an email to flowstategrappling@gmail.com with your name, sex, age, rank, gi/nogi preference and any other pertinent information.
