Description

This is One Round Robin of a series of Jiu-Jitsu League Germany Tournaments, that will be held throughout Germany and will be part of a professional series of Tournaments and Team vs Team with Cash Prizes.

WINNERS of the ABSOLUTE DIVISION will receive a CHAMPIONSHIP BELT.

IMPORTANT: A minimum of 14 athletes must be registrered in the division for the belt to be awarded.

BRACKETS

FORMAT and PROTOCOL: Jiu-Jitsu League Germany tournaments follow Round Robin formatting meaning that all adult and master competitors get 4 matches for signing up for a division that fills up to 5 competitors. That means if you compete in both Gi and NoGi, you could get 8 plus fights. This allows you to compete against so many different people, giving you the experience you deserve! All Jiu-Jitsu League Germany events follow the traditional points structure but without advantages! We are also very legal submission friendly!

Brackets can be combined into one bracket if there are not enough registrations.

4 - 17 years - Kids and Youth Divisions  

Above 18 years Female and Male - Adult Divisions

Above 30 years Female and Male - Master 1 Division*

Above 36 years Female and Male - Master 2 Division*

MATCH DURATION 

2 minutes - from 4 to 6 years old Kids Divisions 

3 minutes - from 7 to 11 years old Kids Divisions 

4 minutes - from 12 to 15 years old Kids Divisions 

5 minutes - Female and Male Adult White belts, Youth Divisions 

5 minutes - Female and Male Adult Blue belts

5 minutes - Female and Male Adult Purple belts

5 minutes - Female and Male Adult Brown/Black belts

5 minutes - Female and Male Master White, Blue, Purple, Brown and Black belts

WEIGH-IN

Weigh-in from 8.00 am

For both Gi and No-Gi divisions, athletes must weigh in wearing sports clothing (T-shirt and shorts).

🚫Weighing in wearing underwear is not allowed!! 

TOLERANCE 500gr on DATE: If you didn't make weight, you will be disqualified as a Walk-Over.

PRE DATE WEIGH IN ( one day bevor): 20:00-21:00 at the venue 

Takes place on the day of the event. You must weigh-in anytime from the event opening until 60 minutes before your scheduled division start time. You must have officially weighed in by this hour before your division time and have made the weight, or else you will be disqualified and removed from the bracket.

EVERY COMPETITOR has to check in at the weigh-in, even Ultra Heavy, to verify your presence.

Please note that you can switch weight/belt division untill sunday May 11th.

REFUND POLICY

YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND YOURSELF DURING THE EARLY OR NORMAL REGISTRATION PERIOD.

Before the REGISTRATION deadline, a full coupon credit is offered regardless of circumstances. After this deadline, credits are issued only if the competitor has no scheduled matches. Unforeseen circumstances such as withdrawals, no-shows, empty divisions, or schedule changes may occur and do not warrant exceptions to this policy. Travel to the event is at your own discretion, and the organizer is not responsible for any related expenses. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept this policy.

COACHES

1 coach per academy/gym.  No one is allowed to coach at the mats, everyone has to stay behind the mats.

What time do doors open, weigh-ins start, and matches begin?
Doors open at 8.00am, weigh-in starts at 8.00am, and first matches begin at 9.00am.
Can I register late or at the event?
No. This tournament is pre-registration only, and late registrations or registrations at the event are not accepted.
What are the registration prices and deadlines?
Early Bird Registration for 1 or 2 divisions is €75 before May 2 at 11:59pm, and Late Registration for 1 or 2 divisions is €90 before May 11 at 11:59pm. Kids Early Bird Registration for 1 or 2 divisions is €60 before May 2 at 11:59pm, and Kids Late Registration is €80 before May 11 at 11:59pm. Each Absolute Division costs €20.
How much are spectator tickets?
Spectators and visitors are welcome. The entrance fee is €10 at the event.
What are the weigh-in rules?
Weigh-in is from 8.00 am, and athletes must weigh in anytime from event opening until 60 minutes before their scheduled division start time. For both Gi and No-Gi, athletes must wear sports clothing, T-shirt and shorts; weighing in wearing underwear is not allowed. Every competitor, including Ultra Heavy, must check in at weigh-in to verify presence.
Is there a pre-date weigh-in?
Yes. The pre-date weigh-in is one day before from 20:00-21:00 at the venue.
What happens if I do not make weight?
There is a 500gr tolerance on date. If you do not make weight, you will be disqualified as a Walk-Over.
Can I change my weight or belt division?
Yes. You can switch weight or belt division until sunday May 11th.
