BLACK BELTS COMPETE FOR FREE: 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Black Belts compete for free as part of AVA's early 10-year anniversary celebration. Register in any Black Belt division without paying, then email us at contact@avagrappling.com to confirm you're competing, and we'll approve your registration.

SUMMARY

AVA is designed to determine the best submission grappler.

The structure of the rules and format reflects that. Round robin format means every athlete competes against everyone in their group.

Not all wins are equal. A submission in regulation is worth the most points and the athlete with the most points wins the division. How you win matters more than how many times you win.

The true submission grappler is the one who finishes the most, the fastest, compared to everyone.
