By canceling registration until the deadline of this event, we offer a refund of 80% of the value of the registration fee until 29-09-2026 at 11:59 p.m.
*IMPORTANT: In the event that the event is affected by causes beyond the control of the organization and we are forced to postpone or cancel the event, the refund of the registration fee will be made in the form of a COUPON that can be used at any time. another event organized by the SPAIN BJJ TOUR.
To cancel and receive a refund, the athlete must do so from their profile by canceling registration.
Refunds take between 5 to 10 business days depending on each card.

WEIGHING RULES
1- The participant who does not appear at the time stipulated for weighing will be disqualified.
2- The participant can appear to weigh in at any of the available times, it will not be necessary to weigh in twice.
3- It will not be allowed to weigh in moments before the fight, we remember that weighing can only be done before the start of the competition.
3- The participant must appear for the weigh-in dressed in shorts and a t-shirt or tracksuit.
4- To identify yourself it is necessary to carry an official document with a photo: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT.
5- The official weight measurements for this event are in KILOGRAMS and it is the same weight for both modalities, both with Kimono (GI) and without kimono (NO-GI).

Programming with fight times and pairings will be available on OCTOBER 1 in the "Brackets or schedule" links. Fighting starts SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3TH at 10:00 AM. Participants are recommended to be at the competition venue up to 1 hour before their fight time.
What are the registration deadlines and prices?

What is the refund policy?
By canceling registration until the deadline of this event, the organizer offers a refund of 80% of the registration fee until 29-09-2026 at 11:59 p.m. If the event is postponed or canceled for causes beyond the organization’s control, the refund will be made as a coupon usable at another SPAIN BJJ TOUR event. When and where are weigh-ins?
Pre-weighing is listed as one day before the event from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Weighing on the day of the event is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Both are at Palacio de los deportes Juan Carlos Beiro - Langreo, Asturias.
What are the weigh-in rules?
A participant who does not appear at the stipulated weigh-in time will be disqualified. Participants may weigh in at any available time and do not need to weigh in twice, but weigh-ins are not allowed moments before the fight. Athletes must wear shorts and a t-shirt or tracksuit, bring an official photo document such as DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, and weights are measured in kilograms for both GI and NO-GI.
What divisions are listed?
PRE MIRIM 4 y 5 años and MIRIM 6 y 7 años are SOLO GI. INFANTIL A 8 y 9 años, INFANTIL B 10 y 11 años, INFANTO JUVENIL A 12 y 13 años, INFANTO JUVENIL B 14 y 15 años, JUVENIL 16 y 17 años, ADULT 18 a 29 años, MASTER 1 30 a 35 años, MASTER 2 36 a 40 años, MASTER 3 41 a 45 años, and MASTER 4 46 años o mas are listed as GI & NO-GI, with FEMALE hasta MASTER 2 also listed as GI & NO-GI. Athlete age depends on the year, not the exact date of birth.
Can registration close before the deadline?
Yes. If the maximum athlete limit is reached before the registration deadline, the organization reserves the right to close registration early. Prior registration does not guarantee participation, and the organization recommends completing payment before purchasing travel tickets.
