Entry fee:
NOK 250 pr. arm pr. category. Half price for the second category.
The final entry is 27th of June at 08:30.
If you do not show up at weight-in, the entry fee will be refunded to the same card you used to make the payment.
Who can participate?
Every member of WAF can take part in the LumberArm.

The competition will run on three tables.

30% of the revenue the campsite makes in connection with LumberArm goes to the hosting club.

Sportswear. Not jeans or shorts.

World Armwrestling Federation (WAF) rules.

The host, IL Aremark and Norges Bryteforbund, follow the World Anti-Doping Code. Everybody who takes part must follow the WADA code.
License:
All Norwegian athletes must be a member of the Norges Bryteforbund.
The athletes must have a license from the Norwegian Wrestling Federation before the start of the event. Contact your local club for more information.
All foreign athletes (WAF members) must be members of their national armwrestling federation and bring a statement confirming the membership.
