Each individual athlete can compete in the weight class they weigh in and/or the class above. You can participate in all the categories you are qualified for in terms of gender and age.

Entry fee:
NOK 250 pr. arm pr. category. Half price for the second category.

The final entry is 5th of September at 08:30.
If you do not show up at weight-in, the entry fee will be refunded to the same card you used to make the payment.

Every member of WAF can take part in the ThunderArms.

The competition will run on two or three tables.

The host, Tromøstudentenes Idrettslag and Norges Bryteforbund, follow the World Anti-Doping Code. Everybody who takes part must follow the WADA code.
Any athlete may be subject to random testing by Anti-Doping Norway.
License:
All Norwegian athletes must be a member of the Norges Bryteforbund.
The athletes must have a license from the Norwegian Wrestling Federation before the start of the event. Contact your local club for more information.
All foreign athletes (WAF members) must be members of their national armwrestling federation and bring a statement confirming the membership.

Who can participate and what licenses are required?
Every member of WAF can take part. Norwegian athletes must be members of Norges Bryteforbund and have a license from the Norwegian Wrestling Federation before the start of the event; foreign athletes who are WAF members must be members of their national armwrestling federation and bring a statement confirming the membership.
What divisions or weight classes are available?
Weight classes are offered for left and right hand, including sub-junior, Junior18, Junior23, senior, para, master, and grandmaster categories by age, gender, and weight. Each athlete can compete in the weight class they weigh in and/or the class above, and can participate in all categories they are qualified for in terms of gender and age.
What prizes are awarded?
Medals are awarded to the three best in each weight class.
What clothing is required?
The dress code is sportswear. Jeans and shorts are not allowed.
What rules and anti-doping requirements apply?
The event uses World Armwrestling Federation rules. The host, Tromøstudentenes Idrettslag and Norges Bryteforbund, follow the World Anti-Doping Code, and any athlete may be subject to random testing by Anti-Doping Norway.
