?? Filiação e Requisitos Obrigatórios

Todos os atletas e treinadores com nacionalidade ou residência em Portugal devem estar filiados na FPLA, nos termos dos regulamentos das Disciplinas Associadas, incluindo MMA – Mixed Martial Arts.

?? A filiação é obrigatória para participar em competições oficiais.

?? Documentação Necessária para Filiação na FPLA

1. Formulário de Inscrição/Revalidação (Praticante ou Treinador)
2. Exame Médico Desportivo com resultado de APTO para a modalidade "Lutas Amadoras e Disciplinas Associadas – MMA"
3. Análises Clínicas (Obrigatórias para atletas com 18 anos ou mais): Hepatite B (Ag HBs e Ac HBc) Hepatite C (Ac VHC) HIV 1 e 2 com Ag p24 (teste de 4ª geração)
4. Hepatite B (Ag HBs e Ac HBc)
5. Hepatite C (Ac VHC)
6. HIV 1 e 2 com Ag p24 (teste de 4ª geração)

?? Atletas Estrangeiros ou Não Residentes em Portugal

Devem estar:

• Filiados numa Federação Nacional reconhecida pela IMMAF no seu país de residência, OU
• Efetuar filiação na FPLA.

A documentação clínica deve ser apresentada apenas ao médico responsável do evento.

Baseadas nas Classes C e B do regulamento internacional adaptadas aos diferentes escalões etários:

?? Mandatory Affiliation Requirements

All athletes and coaches with Portuguese nationality or residency must be affiliated with FPLA, under the regulations for Associated Disciplines, including MMA – Mixed Martial Arts.

?? Affiliation is mandatory to participate in official competitions.

?? Required Documents for FPLA Affiliation

1. Athlete/Coach Registration or Renewal Form
2. Sports Medical Examination with FIT result for "Amateur Wrestling and Associated Disciplines – MMA"
3. Clinical Tests (mandatory for athletes aged 18 and over): Hepatitis B (Ag HBs and Ac HBc) Hepatitis C (Ac HCV) HIV 1 and 2, with Ag p24 (4th generation test)
4. Hepatitis B (Ag HBs and Ac HBc)

Must be:

• Registered in a National Federation recognized by IMMAF in their country of residence, OR

Medical documents must be submitted only to the event's designated physician.
