2026 NSW Taekwondo Championship Round 2

Introducing Combat League Australia in partnership with adidas combat sports. Our unique and special partnership has one clear goal in mind – to help develop the next generation of combat sports champions in Australia and provide our athletes with real opportunities, support and a developmental vehicle for success in our wonderful country that is absolutely loaded with talent. We believe we need to develop, foster and increase athlete participation in competitive combat sports across the board, which will ultimately fill the divisions up at club, state and national events, producing more athletes thus increasing our talent pool to represent our great nation.

However, in order to increase athlete participation, we must focus intently on grass-root level athlete development, as this is the crucial entry point of participation for most competitors and this is where the seeds need to be planted today in order to produce the champions of tomorrow.

By operating combat sports events closely to governing body guidelines and standards and maintaining a strong focus on safety, fairness and inclusivity – we will ensure our competitors, clubs and families are offered a more positive and enjoyable tournament experience.

These efforts made will result in a great day out for the whole family and most importantly, a positive first-time experience for the athlete. Adidas combat sports | Combat League Australia events are open to all ages and skill levels and with your support, we want our young warriors to be excited to enter tournaments and relate to their competition experiences with enthusiasm and positivity – we want them to know they will always have a great day competing in the combat sport they love training in!

On behalf of adidas combat sports | Combat League Australia, it gives us great pleasure to build upon this vision with one of the most iconic and trusted sporting brands in the world; synonymous with quality, innovation, sporting evolution and a true leader in sports, the one and only – adidas.
