DIVISIONS
BEGINNER: Less than 2 years of experience in any combat sport.
INTERMEDIATE: From 2 to 4 years of experience.
PROFESSIONAL: 5 years of experience or more.
The years of training include training time in all disciplines of combat sports that are or part of them takes place by fighting on the ground. These include: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Ju-Jitsu, Wrestling, Grappling, Sambo, MMA, Greco-Roman wrestling and others. If you don't know which category to register for, don't hesitate to contact us.
In the case of a low number of participants in the 7-10 year-old categories, it is possible to combine boys and girls of the same weight category. Before this step, we will contact all participants via the e-mail listed in the registration form.

SCHEDULE
Brackets will be published 2 days before competiton starts.
Weight-ins (on competition day) @ 08:00am - 09:30am for all divisions and categories.
You must have officially weighed in until weight-in end, or else you will be disqualified.
There is no weight tolerance.

Slovak Gi Championship will follow ADCC rule set, time limit and scoring criteria in all matches.
There will be no Heel Hooks in Gi Professional divisions.

Every competitor can compete on multiple weight or skill level categories.
There is only one 3rd place, there will be a match for the 3rd place.
Absolute category ( without weight limitations ) are open for male and female competitors.
The Absolute categories are divided into skill level categories (beginner/intermediate/professional).
Absolute category is only for pre-registered fighters. It will not be possible to register on the event.

After 18.10.2026 - There is no refund of the entry fee for any reason
Requests for entry fee refunds must be submitted via email. Eligibility for a refund is determined based on the date the email request is sent, in accordance with the official refund policy.

BEST ADULT TEAM
1. Place - 800€
Points are awarded for the Adult, Master, Junior, and Absolute categories with 4 or more participants.
1st place - 5 points, 2nd place - 3 points, 3rd place - 1 point.
BEST KIDS TEAM
1. Place - 400€
Points are awarded for the Kids categories with 4 or more participants.
1st place - 5 points, 2nd place - 3 points, 3rd place - 1 point.

The trained and professional medical teams will be on sight. We choose event medical service teams that we can trust with the safety of our competitors whether they advise on previous injuries, get injured, or need emergency medical treatment.

When are weigh-ins and what are the weight requirements?
Weigh-ins are on competition day from 08:00am to 09:30am for all divisions and categories. Competitors must officially weigh in before weigh-in ends or they will be disqualified, and there is no weight tolerance.
When will brackets be published and when is the rules meeting?
Brackets will be published 2 days before the competition starts. The rules meeting is from 9:30am to 9:45am.
What are the absolute division registration rules?
Absolute categories are without weight limitations and are open for male and female competitors. They are divided by skill level: beginner, intermediate, and professional. Absolute category is only for pre-registered fighters and it will not be possible to register at the event.
What is the refund policy?
