MANDATORY WEIGH-INS
Pre-Event Weigh-In (Recommended)

Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
All competitors must weigh in, even if their division does not have a weight limit.
Weight allowance: Maximum 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) over the division weight.
Athletes exceeding the allowance will be moved up one weight division.
Event Day Weigh-In (October 24)
Kids / Juveniles: Must weigh in between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Adults: Must weigh in no later than 2 hours before their division starts.
Failure to weigh in on time will result in disqualification and removal from the bracket.

ABSOLUTE DIVISIONS
Absolute divisions will run after all other divisions conclude.
Two divisions:
• Men's Absolute (18+ Open Rank & Weight)
• Women's Absolute (18+ Open Rank & Weight)
A mandatory roll call will take place before the absolute bracket is finalized (approximately 6:00–7:00 PM, subject to event progress).
Athletes must check in to remain in the bracket.

REFUND POLICY
Registration fees are refundable only if you cancel more than 10 days before the event. Cancellations made within 10 days of the tournament are not eligible for a refund; however, you may request a credit toward a future tournament.
