8th "Christmas Dragon" Wushu Tournament & Coppa Italia PWKA will be held from 12th to 13th December 2026 in Catanzaro City (on the Mediterranean Sea Calabria Region ITA)

GENERAL INFORMATION

DATE and PLACE:

- 8th "Christmas Dragon"  Wushu Tournament  will be held from 12th to 13th December 2026 in Catanzaro City (on the Mediterranean Sea - Calabria Region ITALY ).

- Arrival airport is Lamezia Terme (SUF) or Crotone (CRV)

- All Teams must arrive on 11 December 2026  on time for team and athletes Check in, documentation and medical certification control,  Sanda and Tuishou Weighing-in. (see general program)

- For transfer from airport to hotel, ask directly to hotel.                                                                *For Big Group ask to organizer*

REGISTRATION:

COMPETITION FEE:

- Payment is done only online with credit card in advance *no possible pay to cash*

- "NORMAL" Registration Fee (from 1 Sepetember to 15  November 2026 - 23:59):

- 40 € for n5 Taolu

- 40 € for n3 Combat event (ex.Sanda + Tuishou + Bingdao)

AFTER 15  NOVEMBER TO 21 NOVEMBER  SMOOTHCOMP SYSTEM WILL ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS ONLY IN "LATE REGISTRATION" MODE WITH AN AUTOMATIC SUPPLEMENT OF €15

AFTER 21 NOVEMBER SMOOTHCOMP SYSTEM WILL NO ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS.

AFTER PAYMENT REFOUND WILL IT'S NO POSSIBLE

GENERAL PROGRAM

- 11 DECEMBER (to PALACE HOTEL via lungomare 221 – 88100 Catanzaro):

Whole day:

team arrival – hotel check in.

from 17:00 to 19:00 (to Palace Hotel, via lungomare 221 – 88100 Catanzaro):

- athletes check in.

- From 17:00 to 19:00, SANDA B – TUISHOU weigh-in for all athletes under 14 years old.

(absent athletes DISQUALIFIED)

**The athletes of Sanda, Sanda B and Tuishou not weighed according to the established program, will be eliminated from the competition.                                                                            It is not possible to weigh in at times and locations other than the tournament schedule**

- Welcome and competition meeting for all coach and team leader

- 12 DECEMBER  (to Competition hall)

09:00: Taolu competition start

12:30: Opening ceremony

13:00: Lunch break

14:00: Competition restart

SANDA and SANDA B weigh-ins for athletes aged 14 and over:

from 17:00 to 19:00  to Competition Hall

15:30: possible elimination rounds of Sanda and Sanda B of the most numerous categories.

19:00 Competition End

- 13 DECEMBER  (to competition hall):

8:00: Weigh-in for athletes arriving directly on Sunday 7 to the Competition Hall

APPEL

ANY APPEAL MUST BE MADE OFFICIALLY TO THE HEAD JUDGE WITH THE PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT OF €300.

IF THE APPEAL IS ACCEPTED THE €300 DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
