Sande Sportsklubb Judo invites you and your club to the ØstlandsCup in Sande! Classes: U9, U11, U13, U15, U18, U21, Senior and Para Judo

👊 For Beginners

ØstlandsCup is a great introduction to competition judo. The focus is on learning, development, achievement, and the joy of judo.

🔥 For Experienced Competitors

The tournament offers valuable match experience and the opportunity to meet competitors from clubs across the region, Norway, and abroad.

For the U21 and Senior divisions, competitors will, whenever possible, be grouped by both weight and belt rank to ensure balanced and challenging matches.

We warmly welcome all para-athletes to an inclusive and safe event where everyone can develop their skills and experience the true joy of judo.

🏆 National Regional Cup

This tournament awards points in the Norwegian Judo Federation's National Regional Cup, where participation throughout the season is rewarded with attractive prizes.

🍔 Cafeteria

The cafeteria will be open throughout the day and offers a variety of food, snacks, and beverages.

🚿 Changing Rooms

Sandehallen provides excellent changing room facilities for all participants.

🚑 Safety First

The safety of our athletes is our highest priority. The Norwegian Red Cross will be present throughout the tournament with qualified personnel available should medical assistance be required.

ALDERSGRUPPER - FORKLARING:
U9 = til og med det året utøver fyller 8 år
U11 = til og med det året utøver fyller 10 år
U13 = til og med det året utøver fyller 12 år
U15 = til og med det året utøver fyller 14 år
U18 = til og med det året utøver fyller 17 år
Para = Utøver med funksjonsnedsettelse

DELTA I FLERE ALDERSGRUPPER
U13 kan delta i U15.
U15 kan delta i U18 det året de fyller 14. Minimum 3.KYU.

Er det for få utøvere i U18 til å lage egen klasse, så vil aktuelle klasser bli slått sammen med U15. Klassen blir da gjennomført med U15 regler.

JUDOGI
U9-U15: Kun hvit judogi.
U18: Det er lov å bruke blå judogi, men ikke påbudt.
