OM JUBAPOOL
Juba-Pool er en serie med barnekonkurranser som arrangeres 4 ganger pr Ã¥r. Dette er en barnekonkurranse som er laget for alle, ogsÃ¥ utøvere med liten/ingen kamperfaring. Alle fÃ¥r medalje. 

PULJEVIS START
Det er puljevis start for gruppene, slik at utøver (og foreldre) slipper å være i hallen hele dagen. Så husk å sjekke når DIN pulje skal starte og MØT I GOD TID. Kommer dere for sent til registrering er det store fare for at dere ikke får delta dessverre.

KANSELLERING/REFUSJON
Utøver kan selv kansellere og fÃ¥ refundert 80% av startavgiften inntil 7 dager for konkurransen. Kansellering siste uken blir dessverre ikke refundert.   

POKALJAKT!!
Det arrangeres 4 JubaPool i Ã¥ret. Deltar du pÃ¥ minst 3, fÃ¥r du pokal pÃ¥ Ã¥rets siste JubaPool. Hver gjennomførte JubaPool gir 10 poeng i Smoothcomp. 30 poeng eller mer = pokal. ðŸ‘‰ For Ã¥ fÃ¥ pokalen mÃ¥ du delta pÃ¥ Ã¥rets siste JubaPool.

DOBLING AV ALDERSGRUPPE
Dette er KUN for de aller ivrigste konkurranseutøverne. Vi tillater dobling i aldersgruppe under følgende forutsetninger:
1) Det er under 200 påmeldt til JubaPool
2) Lagleder godkjenner og melder på
Påmelding til ekstra aldersgruppe gjøres kun på selve kampdagen, etter at utøver har gjennomført egen aldersgruppe.

LAGLEDERE
Vi ønsker at lagledere registrerer seg (gratis selvsagt), slik at vi har kontaktpunkt til de forskjellige klubbene.

KIOSK
Mat og drikke kan kjøpes i hallen. Betaling med kort eller VIPPS.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible to compete at JubaPool?
Athletes must be between 5 and 12 years old and hold at least a yellow belt, and must follow the JubaPool barnejudo rules.
What do the age group labels U9, U11, U13 and Parajudo mean?
U9 = up to and including the year the athlete turns 8; U11 = up to and including the year the athlete turns 10; U13 = up to and including the year the athlete turns 12; Parajudo = athlete with a disability.
Does every participant receive a medal?
Yes, all participants receive a medal.
How does the start schedule work and what should we do before arrival?
There is a puljevis start by groups so athletes and parents do not need to be in the hall all day; check when your pool starts in the separate schedule tab and arrive in good time, since late arrival to registration risks not being allowed to participate.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
An athlete can cancel and receive an 80% refund of the start fee up to 7 days before the competition; cancellations in the final week are not refunded.
When is doubling an age group allowed and how do I register for it?
Doubling an age group is allowed only if fewer than 200 are registered to JubaPool and the team leader approves and registers; registration to the extra age group is done only on the competition day after the athlete has completed their own age group.
What is the Pokaljakt and how do I earn a trophy?
There are four JubaPool events per year; each completed JubaPool gives 10 points in Smoothcomp, and attending at least three events (30 points or more) makes you eligible for a trophy which is awarded at the year's last JubaPool, but you must attend that last event to receive the trophy.
Are there food and drink available and which payment methods are accepted?
Food and drink can be purchased at the hall kiosk, and payment is accepted by card or VIPPS.
What should team leaders do before the event?
Team leaders are asked to register (free of charge) so the organizers have a contact point for each club.
Where can I find match pairings, mat assignments and approximate times on the day?
Use Smoothcomp on the competition day to find who you meet, which mat you compete on, and the approximate time.
