U9 = til og med det Ã¥ret utøver fyller 8 Ã¥r

Parajudo = Utøver med funksjonsnedsettelse  

DELTAKERKRAV
Minimum gult belte.
Alder mellom 5 og 12 år.

OM JUBAPOOL
Juba-Pool er en serie med barnekonkurranser som arrangeres 4 ganger pr Ã¥r. Dette er en barnekonkurranse som er laget for alle, ogsÃ¥ utøvere med liten/ingen kamperfaring. Alle fÃ¥r medalje. 

PULJEVIS START
Det er puljevis start for gruppene, slik at utøver (og foreldre) slipper å være i hallen hele dagen. Så husk å sjekke når DIN pulje skal starte og MØT I GOD TID. Kommer dere for sent til registrering er det store fare for at dere ikke får delta dessverre.

KANSELLERING/REFUSJON
Utøver kan selv kansellere og fÃ¥ refundert 80% av startavgiften inntil 7 dager for konkurransen. Kansellering siste uken blir dessverre ikke refundert.

Det arrangeres 4 JubaPool i Ã¥ret. Deltar du pÃ¥ minst 3, fÃ¥r du pokal pÃ¥ Ã¥rets siste JubaPool. Hver gjennomførte JubaPool gir 10 poeng i Smoothcomp. 30 poeng eller mer = pokal. ðŸ‘‰ For Ã¥ fÃ¥ pokalen mÃ¥ du delta pÃ¥ Ã¥rets siste JubaPool.

DOBLING AV ALDERSGRUPPE
Dette er KUN for de aller ivrigste konkurranseutøverne. Vi tillater dobling i aldersgruppe under følgende forutsetninger:
1) Det er under 200 påmeldt til JubaPool
2) Lagleder godkjenner og melder på
Påmelding til ekstra aldersgruppe gjøres kun på selve kampdagen, etter at utøver har gjennomført egen aldersgruppe.

LAGLEDERE
Vi ønsker at lagledere registrerer seg (gratis selvsagt), slik at vi har kontaktpunkt til de forskjellige klubbene.

KIOSK
Mat og drikke kan kjøpes i hallen. Betaling med kort eller VIPPS.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can participate in JubaPool?
Participants must have at least a yellow belt and be aged between 5 and 12 years, and must follow the JubaPool barnejudo rules.
What are the age group cutoffs for U9, U11 and U13?
U9 = up to and including the year the athlete turns 8; U11 = up to and including the year the athlete turns 10; U13 = up to and including the year the athlete turns 12.
Does everyone receive a medal?
Yes — this is a children’s competition and all competitors receive a medal.
How does the puljevis (pool) start work and when should we arrive?
Groups start puljevis so athletes and parents do not need to stay all day; check the time schedule (Tidsskjema) and arrive well in time, because arriving late to registration may mean you cannot participate.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
An athlete can cancel and receive a 80% refund of the entry fee up to 7 days before the competition; cancellations within the last week are not refunded.
Can an athlete compete in two age groups (double up)?
Doubling an age group is allowed only if there are under 200 registered to JubaPool and the team leader approves and registers; registration to the extra age group is done only on the competition day after the athlete has completed their own age group.
How do I qualify for the JubaPool trophy (pokal)?
There are 4 JubaPool events per year; each completed event gives 10 Smoothcomp points, and participating in at least 3 events (30 points or more) qualifies you for a trophy which is awarded at the year’s last JubaPool — you must participate at that final event to receive the trophy.
Where can I find match, mat and approximate time information on the competition day?
Smoothcomp provides information on who you will meet, which mat you compete on, and approximate times, and you should also check the Tidsskjema tab.
What payment methods are accepted in the kiosk?
Food and drink in the hall can be paid with card or VIPPS.
Should team leaders register and is there a cost?
Organizers request that team leaders register so there is a contact point for each club, and registration for team leaders is free.
