ELIGIBILITY:

â–Ş A member in good standing with USA Judo or ATJA for USA competitors.

â–Ş A member of their national federation for international players.

â–Ş A copy of your current membership card will be required at registration.

â–Ş At least 30 years of age. Year of birth must be 1996 or earlier.

(Acceptable proof of age: birth certificate, passport, or current USA Judo membership card having the age verification symbol “V” printed following the date of birth.)

Note: A Driver’s License is not acceptable as proof of age.

WE WILL USE “MADISON BRACKETING” FOR NOVICE DIVISIONS WHEREBY THE AGE AND WEIGHT CUTOFFS WILL BE SET AFTER ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES ON 08/23. THIS SYSTEM ALLOWS NEARLY EVERYONE TO COMPETE WITH A MINIMAL NUMBER OF UNCONTESTED ENTRANTS. DIVISION LISTS WILL BE POSTED ONLINE FOR YOUR REVIEW. THE LISTS WILL INCLUDE GENDER, AGES AND  WEIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANTS. COACHES AND ATHLETES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT THEY ARE PLACED ON THE CORRECT LIST. NOON ON FRIDAY 08/25 IS THE DEADLINE FOR REPORTING ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS. CONTACT THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WITH ANY CONCERNS.
