WEIGH IN NOTE: Coaches may weigh their players in the Thursday prior to competition, October 1st, 2026.  Weights must be submitted to lauren@dbtjudo.com no later than noon on Friday, October 2nd, 2026.  All players are subject to weight verification at the tournament site on Saturday.

The published weight divisions will be modified and/or combined based on the age and weight ranges of the contestants entered.

3. WEIGH-IN/CHECK-IN

a.     Juniors:  Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 7:30 – 8:30am at the tournament site 

b.    Seniors and Veterans - Saturday, October 3rd, 2026  11:00am – 12:00pm at the tournament site

c.    Coaches are asked to submit their athlete’s weights to lauren@dbtjudo.com by Friday, October 2nd, 2026 at noon. The weights informed will be used to speed up bracketing.

According to USA Judo regulations, submission of weights does NOT exempt the athletes from weighing in at the venue, NOR does it mean the athletes are registered to compete. All athletes are subject to weight verification at the venue

d. Athletes should make every attempt to arrive during the check in window so that the tournament can start promptly.

Junior Categories: 9:30am

Senior, Veterans: at the completion of junior competition, not before 12:30pm

Open division: At the completion of seniors and veterans competition

Eligibility and Insurance

Open competition. Contestants from all states are welcome. All contestants must be currently registered and insurance with USA Judo (NGB, USJI). Proof of membership and insurance will be verified at check in.
