Competitors may weigh in without the Gi.

This event is double elimination for all normal divisions, and single elimination for all Challenger divisions.

TWO DAY EVENTS 

For two day events, the following days are when you can expect to compete:

Kids divisions (4-15) compete on Saturday

Adult and Juvenile (16+) compete on Sunday

Monday, November 30 - Early Registration Ends

Monday, December 7 - Normal Registration Ends

Monday, December 14 - Late Registration Ends

Monday, December 14 - Competitor Correction Deadline at 11:59 PM

Tuesday, December 15 - Bracket Changes Completed by 5:00 PM

Wednesday, December 16 - Bracket Correction Deadline by 12:00 PM

Thursday, December 17 - Brackets and Schedule Released by 12:00 PM

7:30 AM - Doors Open for competitors, coaches, and spectators

7:30 AM - Weigh Ins begin

For One Day events, Adults may also weigh in as early as 7:30 AM, however Kids in line receive priority.

For Two Day events, Adults must weigh in on the day they compete.

8:15 AM - Brief coaches and competitor meeting to explain any new rule changes for the season.

    This is mixed rank/age division, split by Gender and two weight classes. You must be 16+ years old to enter. This division is No Gi only. Winners of this division earn an invitation to an end of the year event for a cash prize.

The Competitor Correction Deadline is Monday, December 14 at 11:59 PM. Bracket changes are completed by Tuesday, December 15 at 5:00 PM, the Bracket Correction Deadline is Wednesday, December 16 by 12:00 PM, and brackets and schedule are released Thursday, December 17 by 12:00 PM.
What time do doors open?
Doors open for competitors, coaches, and spectators at 7:30 AM.
When do weigh-ins begin?
Weigh-ins begin at 7:30 AM. Competitors may weigh in without the Gi.

For one day events, adults may weigh in as early as 7:30 AM, but kids in line receive priority. For two day events, adults must weigh in on the day they compete.
