Great vibes!!! Everybody is so nice and supportive, which is important when it comes to training long term. Super safe environment with a solid curriculum that forces you to get really comfortable with the positions the professors teach. I came from 7+ years without practicing and was fully welcomed by the team! Highly recommend if you are feeling the urge to get back or just overall curious about the sport/lifestyle.

My kids have been doing BBJ with Professor Renan and & coach Priscylla and I can’t recommend them enough!!! The place is very organized and clean, all staff very friendly and welcoming. They are truly incredible with the kids and I had the opportunity myself to participate in a women seminar for self defense and I had the best time with priceless lessons and skills I will carry to my life! As I said, I can’t recommend it enough!!

I would 100% recommend. They are very professional. One of the things I like most is that they speak fully English with the kids, something very rare in Miami. My son really likes it. I want to give a shout out to coach Priscylla, she’s the Best!!!

As a parent, finding a place where your children not only learn but thrive is invaluable. Vital Brothers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has become that haven for my family. Led by the dedicated and kind-hearted Professor and Priscilla, this academy isn't just about mastering techniques; it's about fostering confidence, discipline, and a sense of belonging. The environment at Vital Brothers is the perfect balance of serious and fun. Professor and Priscilla create a space where children feel encouraged to push themselves while still enjoying the journey. I've watched my kids come out of each session feeling not only secure in their abilities but also radiating happiness. In addition to the exceptional instruction, what sets Vital Brothers apart is the genuine care and support shown by the instructors. Professor and Priscilla go above and beyond to ensure that every child feels valued and supported in their journey. Whether it's helping with technique or offering words of encouragement, their dedication shines through in every interaction. If you're looking for a place where your children can learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a nurturing and empowering environment, look no further than Vital Brothers. It's not just a martial arts academy; it's a community where kids can thrive both on and off the mat. Highly recommended!

Stronger Together Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a way of life that connects people. Jiu-jitsu initially spread from Japan to Brazil and now continues to spread to the farthest reaches of the globe. Together we can do more and we are all united though Jiu Jitsu.

Really cool gym. I felt a warm welcome even though Vital Brothers is not my home gym, and they were very attentive as to how I did the drills we were assigned, and they also payed close attention to see if everything was ok. The environment as a whole in the gym was pretty welcoming to me as an outsider. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that is thinking about trying out Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

If you want to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, this is the best place to do so. The professor is amazing. He takes the time to teach you in a way that connects to you. Renan is the real deal, just google him. Not only is he an amazing martial artist but he is also an amazing teacher. I am so glad that I found this place. The classes are structured and the other students are fantastic. It’s always a little nerve racking to show up the first time and not knowing what to expect. As soon as I walked in they made me feel welcomed. The other students went out of their way to help me learn. This place is by far the best place in this area for BJJ. I highly recommend it.

I met Renan while a white belt, shortly after he moved to Ventura CA to pursue a successful competing and teaching career in the US over a decade ago. Spending 3-5 days going to his group classes and doing 1-2 privates per week, I learned SO MUCH from him over the years... eventually earning my Black Belt from him. Not only is Professor Renan a world class competitor, but he is also one of the finest teachers around. He treats everyone with the utmost respect and in all the years I spent training with him, he always has a smile on his face. We were all saddened when he moved to Florida that we lost a great friend and teacher. Students attending his new Academy will be in excellent hands and are very lucky to be in the presence of humble greatness!
