  Love love love! Varied workouts, lots of sessions to choose from and a very friendly atmosphere. This is the longest I’ve stayed with any fitness membership because I am not bored! Feeling strong and fit in my forties. Thank you 🤩

  This is more on the CrossFit side of the building as this is my experience with this site. The coaches adapt the movements to your ability so you can be in a class with fitness gurus or like myself never held a barbell before and get a good workout. The staff are friendly and approachable seen classes and for different age groups including a mum's & kids class, teens and adults. Equipment & building is of a high quality it even still has a vault. I would recommend if your thinking about fitness reaching out to them.
