Visiting Chicago and wanted somewhere to train Muay Thai. Shout out to Chuong and Rosie who were both kind, helpful and really enhanced my trip. I only managed 3 sessions in the end - one was more pad smashing K1 style and a massive work out whilst two were more technical. Both were great and it's nice to get that variety in one shop. The club was super clean. Thanks for hosting me 🫶🏻

Recently joined this gym as someone with no martial arts experience. The instructors are great and very good at teaching newcomers moves. Great culture would recommend to anyone regardless of skill level!

Great gym! You'll learn a lot, have fun, and always get a good workout. Everyone at the gym is friendly and welcoming. Coach Seng is awesome. He goes out of his way to make sure everybody gets the attention they deserve, improves their skills, and feels challenged.

Great gym for MMA and overall fitness. The coaches are fantastic, all well experienced. I try to make it to as many classes as I can. I look forward to Fridays kickboxing class at 6, great way to start the weekend. Always a great class to start for either beginners or advanced people.

I've been coming here for over a year now and they've gotten me in the best shape of my life. I've gained all of the skills and confidence needed to both compete and live my life the way I've always wanted too. Specifically coach Seng and coash Evaristo have contributed greatly towards the development of myself and others. I've gained friends and family here. The coaches professionalism and kindness will see you through to all of your goals. I highly recommend this as a place for others to train and grow. If you're on the edge of starting, i encourage you to take that leap and join this gym. You won't regret it!
