Went for muay thai trial as a first-timer today at 12pm, instructor was friendly and nice, and the founder seems down-to-earth.

I was in Singapore for a family trip/vacation. I was only able to attend the 0630 early morning BJJ class but all my interactions from my initial contact with the gym, to actually training, was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality and good training was awesome. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

My kids have been going to Stronghold MMA since they were 5. They love their lessons and look forward to their classes each week! The coaches are highly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! I highly recommend this MMA gym to anyone looking to start their MMA journey.

Amazing instructors! Detailed explanation of drills And most importantly they understand child psychology and emotional well being as part of the training. This is so crucial but overlooked in other schools. The instructors supervise and are open to feedback. The drills are engaging and challenging and geared towards mental and physical challenges and very child-centered.

If you are looking for a gym to push yourself while being in a friendly, safe space, this is it. I've been to many gyms both in and out of town, and Stronghold's humble setting is second to none. The gym has a great team of teachers who deliver and teach techniques in ways that are accessible to all levels, while giving each student the time and space to be creative on the mats (priceless for each student's individual game development). My training partners are also incredibly welcoming and friendly. There are no egos - only friends. Truly the best group of teammates and coaches I've ever had.
