One of the best places I got to train at! I love the fantastic community, respectful and welcoming. The atmosphere is playful but also dedicated, which is great for new folks but also to improve. I particularly love the coaches and the teaching style, it helps a lot with my progress (finally got to unlock some techniques I struggled with for a while!). Thanks for the great experience!

Recently finished up the beginners course here and had a truly wonderful experience!! David and the other coaches Jedi, Belinda, Bryan were all amazing and passionate and the course is a great way to get started with the sport. Also had to opportunity to try out Prof Chance’s class during the trial and he’s incredible, breaking down moves with such that even a complete beginner like me could follow. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and make the sport much more approachable :) Facilities are also great - the gym is spacious, bright and the mats are nice and bouncy. Overall I would highly recommend the gym and especially the beginners course.

Recently completed my beginner's course here and I can't say enough good things! The class is well-structured, and as a complete newcomer to grappling, I felt safe and had a lot of fun. The bouncy mats are amazing, and the community here is so welcoming and lovely.

It's been 6 months since I transferred here from another BJJ/MuayThai gym, so that I could get more mat time (since it's very near my workplace). I could say that the quality of training partners here are top-tier, and the instruction from the blackbelts and even the colored belt team mates are all effective and high-percentage. Now that they've moved towards being a pure nogi grappling gym for adults, I couldn't be more thrilled; as I'm gravitating towards that path more now in my Jiu Jitsu journey. The location of the gym as well as the facilities are very good. I highly recommend it for beginners who would want to start their submission grappling journey :)

I signed my 8-year-old son up for the Summer Camp program and he absolutely loved it! The instructors were highly motivating and made the classes fun and engaging. My son learned a lot, and he came home each day feeling excited about what he had learned and experience for the day. I am so glad that I signed my son up for this program! Special thanks to all of the instructors who made the program so great!
