  My kids absolutely love their jiu-jitsu classes! 🥋❤️ It’s become so much more than just a sport for them. They feel like they’re part of one big family. Their confidence has grown so much, and they’re learning discipline, respect, resilience and teamwork along the way. The coaches are fantastic and the community make them feel welcomed and supported. They genuinely look forward to every class. We’re so grateful to be part of such an amazing environment and proud of how far our kids have come in such a short period.   Careca Jiu Jitsu is hands down one of the best decisions I've made~ It's such an honour to train at Careca — being family owned, you can really feel that support and warmth in everything the team does. What makes Careca truly special is the community. It's rare to find a training space that feels like a second home, but that's exactly what this is — warm, welcoming, and genuinely supportive from day one 🥰 A huge highlight for me is their 🩷 ladies-only class 🩷 which is especially wonderful for Muslim women who want a comfortable, considerate space to train. Camilia always makes sure everyone feels included and looked after, no matter their background or experience level. Beyond the technique, Careca teaches discipline, respect, and compassion — values that run through everything they do, both on and off the mats. If you're thinking about starting jiu jitsu, or looking for a new gym that feels like family, I can't recommend Careca Jiu Jitsu enough. Come try a class — you won't regret it! 🥊

  if you’re looking for an extremely high quality, supportive and most of all friendly environment, go to Careca. as a local, family owned business they put so much effort and care into the instruction, community and cleanliness of the gym. cant recommend careca and the team enough.
