Dropped in as a visitor, and have to say that the energy and attitude here were awesome, only matched by my home gym. Fantastic group of people, would recommend to anyone thinking about trying this sport out if local, or for a visit if you are just in the area for a bit.
Great place to start or continue BJJ. Classes are well structured and the instructors are very knowledgeable. The environment is welcoming and conducive to learning and there are many good training partners.
If you want not just great training, fun friendly and caring staff, and a family like atmosphere, Flow BJJ is your academy!
You can train at Flow for fun, you can improve your strength and conditioning with amazing fitness classes, or if you have competitive aspirations, there are not just highly experienced blue, purple, brown and black belts, but two BJJ world champions who call Flow their home!

I’m not one for social gatherings but Professor Hayden runs a very welcoming and clean operation! It has quickly become somewhere I love going and unfortunately for me, I can never seem to be there enough. Definitely worth the time if you have ever been curious.
This place is so amazing for the kiddos! (Probably the adults too lol but I can only review based on my sons experience) The instructors are patient and friendly and they have so much fun! My son looks forward to it between days! I rate them a 12 out of 10!
Flow is hands down the best gym in Maine and in my honest opinion - anywhere! The level of professionalism matched with the warm welcome this crew gives each and every student, it's hard to not call this place my second home. If you are looking for top notch jiu jitsu training matched with a beautiful, clean space to train - this is your spot!

Great place to train! I was in a trip from Illinois and stopped in for a private. Hayden is super friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great and the facility is clean with plenty of space. You could tell it’s a great family atmosphere. Not sure if I’ll ever be back to Camden, it if I am I’ll definately be stopping in again.
I had the opportunity to train at the school while vacationing with my family around the Fourth of July. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
My six year old son enjoyed the kid’s class. He made some new friends and didn’t want to leave.
I would highly recommend this school.
I have been training here for over 4 years. Flow is a very welcoming place for all ages.If your on the fence about joining, come in and watch a class. It will change your mind about it.
