    This place is amazing!! Everyone in the gym is super kind and welcoming to everyone. The coaches are all great and kind and very high level at what they do so if your looking for a place to go and don’t know where this is the place to go also extremely clean!!

    “An Amazing Place to Train Jiujitsu!” Checkmat Daphne is hands down the best jiujitsu gym in the area! The coaches are incredibly skilled, patient, and dedicated to helping everyone improve, no matter their level. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the sense of community is unmatched. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and has great facilities, including showers and everything you need for a comfortable training experience.

    My son Luke has been training at Checkmat Daphne for 10 months and has had an incredible experience. His confidence, self discipline, and physical abilities have all grown tremendously since he has started. The coaches truly care about each individual child and spend the time working on their unique skills. The classes are structured in such a fantastic way that they not only have fun and play games but they also do challenging physical workouts and technical moves that require mental focus. For adults the mat space is incredible and the three classes a day allow for great flexibility around work schedules . They also have multiple showers. It is a great atmosphere all around and the experience/knowledge that the coaches have like nothing else in the area. Incredible place to train!
