    Hey everyone, this is Mark. First week in, and I already know this place hits different. I’ve never stepped into a room with a tighter, stronger, more locked-in brother and sisterhood. There is zero way too explain it. The level of sportsmanship here is unreal. Every single person I’ve met has been welcoming, encouraging, and straight up solid. It honestly feels like I hit the lottery with this crew. I’m honored to train with people who push you with intensity but lift you up with the same fire. I walked in as a newbie expecting to just survive and try to get through it, and instead I found a room full of killers who have zero ego and endless respect. That combination is rare. And it’s something this gym should take serious pride in. This place is special. This group is elite. And I’m humbled to be here learning from every one of you. I’m all in. See you on the mats.

    Before walking into this gym, I had no idea what to expect... I wasn't very athletic, my confidence was low, and I was completely out of my comfort zone. Over a year later now and I admit entering this gym was one of the best decisions of my life. The instructors are the most patient, understanding, and personable guys who truly care about their students inside and outside of the gym. They took in someone like me, who had no kickboxing skills, and made it a big part of my life. FUN is an understatement. Come have fun with us!

    Great atmosphere all around. These guys/and a few gals welcomed me with open arms and I've been hooked ever since. Once you get in the door and refuse to quit they will help you better yourself in more ways than just bjj/striking. Coaching is top notch and the bonds amongst the gym members are 2nd to none. Beyond proud to be part of the 10P family here in Mobile.

    This place is an awesome environment to learn martial arts and discipline. The coaches are really attentive to the needs of their students and keep the training experience fun. Would definitely recommend at least one class of BJJ and Striking to anyone who's interested
