One of the best decisions we’ve made signing up our son who’s 5 for the kids classes at Legacy Muay Thai. The culture among all of the members is nothing else but filled with kindness. You fall, your opponent will reach out to help you stand up. You don’t know a move, fellow member will show you what to do. Coaches - knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

Good vibes today with my first time experience with any martial arts. There were two other new guys and they enjoyed loved it as well. It’s like a big family that welcoming. I’m coming back after I speak to my wife.

Awesome gym! Learned so much beginning Muay Thai journey. All levels everyone is super helpful. Workout is great for getting in shape. Coach Ricky, Dragon and chopstick are great and helpful, knowledgeable! Strength and conditioning program is great too with coach Kirby and Patrick!

You tryna get yo hands right lil bro? You wanna make sure yo new shawty ex boy friend cant fold you like a lawn chair? Well pull up this the right place! Ive trained at 3 different gyms and this is by far the best and good for all levels. If youre new, they'll work with you, and the sparring is light and safe enough to not deter you from coming back. If youre seasoned and want to turn up a little bit there are a good amount of fighters who can give you a challenge without things getting out of hand either. This gym has been apart of my routine for nearly 2 years. I came in for exercise and hobby and next thing you know I was ready for competition and was folding ops myself! I even found my girlfriend (now fiance) here at this gym... And guess what, after training here, Ill fold all her Ex mans too, they dont want no smoke. Anyways 5 stars its good here.

Hands down one of the best gyms I have been to where everyone supports, encourages and contributes to everyone’s goals. This is a technically talented family business with coaches from the industry so you’re getting advanced level coaching but from easy to understand approach and concepts. This is an ego free environment and no one is out to prove themselves. Highly recommend Legacy to build a champion in you!
