Best decision I ever made for my son! Me and my husband are so happy the way they teach the kids, they know everyone’s names by heart! Our son doesn’t like missing out on his classes! He adores all of his SENSIE. He always looks forward to his tip testing and belt testing! We also witnessed his changes! He becomes more confident, focus, disciplined, and flexible! Thank you! We can’t wait for our two little ones to enroll at Cesar-Kai Academy!

We are very happy with the Karate classes for my son Cristian L. They teach true karate which is not just about disciplining the body. They also teach how to discipline the mind through character development.

My son joined Cesar kai very recently, about 2 weeks ago. He has shown so much confidence while in his class and I truly believe it's because the staff is so warm and welcoming. He enjoys every practice and has been developing some amazing confidence outside of Cesar kai. He's also listening more at home and at school! Thank you to everyone at Cesar kai!

Jessie and her team were so accommodating with us from the very beginning for my daughter’s 6th birthday party a couple weeks ago! And wow what a party it was! EVERY child from age 4.5-9.5 were not only fully engaged but also having the time of their lives while learning actual skills and making memories with friends and family. The facility is super clean and spacious with multiple places for parents and caretakers to watch and enjoy. Even an area to bring food and bevs for the adults as well. Nobody felt on top of one another in the slightest. I even dropped off some light decor a couple days before the event and Jessie and Sarah made me feel more than confident that everything would be set up to my liking upon arrival. The senseis were both engaged and engaging, leaving no one to feel bored or left out. Both the kids and adults were so impressed and happy with all of their activities. And I mean, icing on the bday cake? Breaking a board?!! What?! With pizza, chips, and water included with the party package, we really couldn’t go wrong. I brought light refreshments and dips for the adults and some Capri Suns and Shop Rite bday cake for the kids. Sarah and Jessie’s team executed the delivery and cleanup of the food and cake truly seamlessly. At no point did we feel rushed or left without. Really a special, special 90 minutes. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything, Cesar Kai team! You nailed it.

My boys have been going to Cesar-Kai for about three years now. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, or the program here. They are awesome and professional, and for sure made me and my family feel most welcome. From the youngest age, they teach discipline, respect and accountability but without being tyrants. It’s possible to teach these things, as well as build a basic martial art skill set, with kindness and that’s what happens here. I’ve watched my guys grow and progress, earning both new ranks and life skills. I hope my guys choose to take it up to black belt, because Cesar-Kai emphasizes service as well as skill when the students progress in age and through the ranks of the higher level classes.

The staff and Mario at this place make you feel like family, not only they are very good people, they're also an example to the community. I wish I could put 10 stars, unfortunately we can only do 5. But 5 stars are earned from me, friends and family. Great environment, great teachers, they know how to teach not only how to defend yourself but how to be responsible with what you learn. Thank you guys! -Bon

Fantastic program!! The wise warriors level teaches self-confidence and manners in addition to karate. Each class is expertly planned and set to club music. Weekly emails highlight the training focus of each week. The instructors are very patient and inspiring and give the kids lots of high fives. All around a very professionally run academy.

My son came to a friend's bday party today. I must say that it was an exceptional experience for him. The place is spacious for the children to play and interact. Furthermore, the staff was wonderful in making it fun for them. I definitely would recommend this academy to anyone to book their child's special day.

We held our son's 4th birthday party here a couple of weekends ago. It was fantastic. All the children had so much fun. They allowed them to run around a little bit until everyone got there and then they had a ton of different activites set up. It went so smoothly from one fun game to another. They then took a break for pizza, chips and water followed by birthday cake. The finale consisted of each child breaking a board. But what makes this birthday party and overall this karate studio so amazing is the staff. Each person is so kind and caring and it amazes me how quickly they learn each child's name! Our son also does karate classes and is really loving it. They have a structured program that teaches children not only karate moves but they also teach lessons such as anger management etc. I highly recommend Cesar Kai for not only birthday parties but for karate lessons too.

Cesar Kai hosted a wonderful Women's Self Defense Class tonight. About 70 women came from all over central Jersey including high school and college students, grandmas, moms & daughters, and Moms' groups. The warm welcome and the positive attitude from the leaders as well as the class made it a fun night out as well as dealing with very serious situations. Everyone was treated with respect. I will be returning to Cesar Kai and recommending them to my friends.

My daughter started when she was 3 and is now 5. She LOVES going to class, and I love taking her there. The instructors are incredible and are very, very good at working with the kids. They promote self confidence, positive relationships and manage to make all of the kids feel special and like they're part of the family. We had her 5th birthday party at Cesar Kai and people couldn't get over how well run, organized and kid centered everything was. I HIGHLY recommend Cesar Kai to everyone!

CKA is an amazing dojo, with fantastic, caring staff who are truly dedicated to the growth of each and every individual who walks in the door. As the parent of a pre-teen girl, the quality of the role models and peers in our daughter's life is very important to us. At CKA, her best interests are always in mind and she's been given fantastic opportunities to mentor others and develop her own leadership skills in addition to her karate skills. I cannot recommend this dojo enough.

We have tried other karate places in the area. Cesar Kai offers the best hands on teaching experience a child can experience. there are many instructors for the younger classes giving children a more hands on learning experience! There are clear goals to accomplish and verbal instruction. The teachers care about your children's progress. I cannot give this place enough praise for the work that they do. They wear their dedication to your child's progress on their sleeves and it shows! Having my son be a part of this academy has been the best experience ever!
