Love it here. A very welcoming atmosphere for everyone. They are focused on sharing great techniques and emphasize safety while still training hard. My four year old takes classes here as well and really enjoys it.

A teammate and I (blue and purple belts) dropped in last night for no-gi class and rounds. We were welcomed warmly, and immediately impressed with the size, amenities, and cleanliness of the gym. It was crazy to us how nice the place was and that in the middle of winter it was warm enough to be comfortable shoeless in our no-gi gear. The class had plenty of people, more than a dozen, and the instruction and format of the class was excellent. We were impressed by Pat Mahoney and Schuyler’s instruction. We stayed for good rounds after class. The place has a nice private locker room and showers. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff and members. We live too far from Sykesville to become regular paying members, but we agree that we will be going back as frequently as we can make the trip. There’s also good sushi right down the street from this place. OSS. Thanks for having us.

Love this place, I'm so glad they opened a location that works for me. Excellent vibe and I'm learning a ton.
