Great local gym that focuses on fundamentals with an a great group of guys looking to be a better version of themselves. Good for older guys getting back into combat training after a long hiatus. Coach is knowledgeable and focused on self improvement. The price is a reasonable especially since he offers so many classes.

My son has been going here for 9 months now. Started in the summer with a great promotion option. The summer program for kids was free. I have seen my son go through an amazing transformation of his body and mindset. I am so proud of him. Coach John Shaddock is an amazing person. He is very kind and has helped my son tremendously. I’m so glad my son found such passion in an activity that gives him the chance to get out of the house and meet new people. The people that go there have been amazingly my as well. They all welcomed him with open arms and it’s like a second family. I definitely recommend this place. Coach is awesome.

This gym is the best place to go in the eldersburg/Sykesville area. It's great for all ages and experience levels. The environment is like a family always positive welcoming vibes for anyone but you can train for competition here also. This place has brought me out of some dark places and probably saved my life in some ways. Coach Shaddock is a great coach has taught me so much and is constantly making updates and evolving the gym with improvements.

Starting my second year of Jujutsu with coach Shaddock. Really needed a change from the rut of my workout routine and it has been so nice actually looking forward to going to the gym again. Coach Shaddock really has gone the extra mile, every time I struggle with something next class he has just the right advice to keep me moving forward. Get mix of skill levels to train with and everyone is so supportive. Also if you are a fellow high calorie hero stop by, never hurts to have a few more people my size to practice with.
