South Texas Grappling Team is a family-owned, family-oriented gym established in 2014 that teaches Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Catch Wrestling, and Women's Self-Defense to children and adults of all skill levels. Classes are kept in small groups so instructors can give each student individual attention, with a focus on self-defense and minimal harmful contact. Instructors are experienced competitors who have trained at the highest levels of their respective disciplines.
