i have been a student of AAI for several years. It has taught me self defense, self discpline and heightened my respect for others. I would highly recommend for anyone interested to attend a class at the new facility and check out it. Doug Bunten

Great classes, great instructors. Honestly the best self defense art you will find. I’m 6’6” and a big guy. These techniques threw me around like a rag doll. I can tell you from that unique perspective that this is an awesome art form that has very real applications

I studied for some time under Michael Sensei and his father. You can't find a better bunch of people or environment to learn and grow with! I recommend to anyone who is wanting to learn a martial art, that will both test your abilities and make you a better person! Thank you Howard Sensei!
