Really well ran gym full of experienced coaches and training partners and amateur fighters. Everyone is sound and the head coach is very humble. Been here 3 years and will continue to be here till I move.
Lovely MMA club really experienced coaches and great mix of classes with female only classes and coaches as well. Great atmosphere and as a woman I feel really confident and safe to train in the mixed classes as well
Brilliant gym. Highly recommend if you're looking to learn new skills, gain confidence or just make new friends. Aaron and the coaches have helped me not just develop new skills, but also helped me on the mental and confidence side of things too. Excellent gym if you have kids and want them to learn new skills also. Thanks Aaron and team 👍 also very reasonably priced aswell for unlimited classes a week.
Best MMA gym in the area. Highly recommend! Perfect for all levels and a good place to build confidence and learn skills that will stay with you for life. If you aren't already a member I would advise to get in now you wont regret it!
My son’s been going around 6 months now. He absolutely loves it. Aaron is fantastic with the students. The unit is always clean and tidy. Woukd highly recommend for anyone looking to start in this sport
Started doing 121’s with Aaron during lockdown, found myself incredibly motivated to keep up the training to help with my mental health. Amazing knowledge and work rate provided during each and every session. Would highly recommend for anybody wanting to get started, this is your man to begin your journey with !!
Sent my son as he really wanted to learn mma. Class was ran by two teenagers. Big kids there are bullies that are allowed to batter the new smaller boys. I witnessed from outside just how badly ran the place is. Most MMA gyms parents can watch. This place is purposefully done so you can not watch. I would never return. After speaking to other parents this is a regular thing here. Its creating bullies. Just a money pit for kids to be trained by teenagers who are on their phones. No discipline. No decency. Bu5 Yes to bullies.
