  I go here for bjj classes and have been going on and off the past couple years, its been so great. The coach is thorough, focuses on technique, street smarts, safety and your own growth. Even though it's a smaller gym you get to have more one on one time with the coach in comparison to other bigger gyms. I highly recommend this gym for bjj classes especially for the people nervous about trying it or my girlies out there that aren't too sure.

  Can't comment on the lifting, but the quality of Jiu Jitsu is very good. Coach Kieran creates a great space for beginners to train safely, something that is missing in most gyms. Premium soft mats too, and temp controlled space. Very friendly and welcoming crew.

  Couldn't recommend more highly for anyone looking to get into BJJ but maybe have a sense of trepidation about taking that first step. Keiran and Ben are top blokes and have created a real community like feel in the gym that is accomodating to people from all walks of life.
