Absolutely fantastic knowledgeable school! As a massage therapist who also uses corrective exercises to help my clients, I find the healing movement of qi gong that is part of the program an invaluable tool. Qi gong if you have tried it is like tai chi with isometrics. Red Tiger is wonderful balance of applicable self defense with effective skills and drills practice, meditation to dial in focus, and healing movement qi gong. I also super appreciate the attention to form. My coaches as a kid were very strict with form/technique and I think that’s a big part of why I never got injured. At 40 I really appreciate having that same focus on injury prevention. I also really appreciate not just the cultural history you learn with class and the scientific explanation behind each technique but the social culture as well. They have effective yet controlled fighters and I don’t feel unsafe sparing or doing drills with any of them. If you enjoy learning and are looking for a martial art or exercise where you learn how to defend yourself and others while also learning how to heal/fortify yourself mentally and physically I would highly recommend checking it out.

I'm relatively new to the area and was looking for a new place to train. Super happy I found Red Tiger. Its a great group of people training here and Sifu Paul does a great job balancing both the art and practical applications. This is a style you won't find many places so I feel super grateful that we have access to this school.

A great school, full of wonderful students and teachers. It's been a privilege to learn about the art and myself. The opportunity to compete on the world stage at the Southern Shaolin Temple was an experience of a life time! Thank you for your wisdom and dedication.

Sifu Paul is very passionate about his art and cultivating a culture of growth and compassion within the school. The classes are very fun and provide an encouraging atmosphere to develop new skills and ideas. I’ve been taking classes for about six months and from the very beginning have found community with the red tiger family. I look forward to going to class each week to see everyone and to continue learning and growing as a martial artist and as a person.

I have really enjoyed my time with Sifu Paul and the Red Tiger family. From day one they have been warm and friendly. Everyone in the program is ready to help you as a beginner from form to sparring. What drew me to Red Tiger was two things, the first being their openness to all and secondly their focus on Zen philosophy. This program is a great escape from your day to day routine. You will always walk away from class having learned something new and potentially valuable that you can incorporate into your daily life.

Started out doing a self defense class with them years ago. What I learned stuck with me. But I didn't just gain knowledge that day, I also gained a community. They stayed in touch and considered me part of the red tiger family. I can now happily say I have been participating in kung fu classes with them for 6 months. It has changed my overall outlook on life. I am still very much a begginer and I cannot wait to see how I grow with my kung fu family. If you're on the fence about making some changes for the better or just trying something new, come to a class, you'll be welcomed warmly.

As the VP of Programs for the West Chester Mother of Twins and More Club, we are constantly looking for new ways to help and educate our members at our monthly meetings. Our March meeting was all about mental health, so we reached out to Sifu Paul Mason with Red Tiger Martial arts who was more than happy to come speak to our club. His topic was about maintaining mental health through the practice of Qi Gong: which is the art of breathing. For mothers of twins or triplets, sometimes 2 sets of multiples, it's so hard to get that inner peace. When this meeting was over, however, everyone left feeling so relaxed they described it as good as getting a massage - from breathing! We were shocked and so so appreciative. We highly recommend this company for your martial arts needs.

This is a great school. If you’re trying martial arts for the first time then you should go here. I had the pleasure of training with Sifu Paul the first time I stepped into a martial arts school. He’s a great instructor and will set you on a great path to improve yourself as well as learn self defense. The Shaolin Wing Chun taught here is part of a great system. If you’re thinking of trying martial arts or want to experience a different system from the one you’ve trained in, you can not go wrong visiting Sifu Paul.

Sifu Paul Mason is the real deal! He is hard working, dedicated and committed to teaching others. His dedication to his students and to the system of Shaolin Wing Chun is evident from your first class. Just like in the Shaolin temple, you will learn how to efficiently and effectively defend yourself as well as how to strengthen yourself internally through meditation and qi gong exercises. If you are looking for a way to improve yourself physically and mentally, while gaining real world self defense skills, give Red Tiger Martial Arts a try.

The training at Red Tiger is truly top notch. Sifu Paul has a real depth of knowledge and experience, and he's able to demonstrate and explain techniques in ways that are easy to understand and do. You also get a complete martial arts system - self-defense, history, personal improvement, and more. I've learned a lot, and anyone who is serious about their martial arts would do well to check this place out.

My sihing (kung fu older brother), Sifu Paul Mason, and my sije (kung fu older sister) Sifu Becky Mason, have been huge inspirations in my martial arts journey from the day I met them. Offering encouragement to succeed and wisdom into the depths of the art of Shaolin Wing Chun, they are true examples of the "kung fu life." I cannot recommend Red Tiger Martial Arts: Meng's SWC enough to someone seeking to improve their lives. The martial arts, and Shaolin Wing Chun in particular, is an ideal way of doing this, and Sifu Mason will point the way on your path to enlightenment and "harmonizing your mind, body, and spirit."

Sifu Paul Mason has been training and teaching Shaolin Wing Chun Kung Fu for many years and through his studies has been able to travel the world, compete, and participate in many once in a lifetime events. His ability to speak to each individual student and teach them on their level in a way that they can understand is priceless. Sifu Paul Mason has amazing martial arts skills backed by years of training, certifications, and experiences.

This particular system of martial arts is very intriguing due to the fact it's based on physics and science ... I find the way the art is taught here to be very appealing in that regard. I also very much appreciate the self-improvement or "chan" side of the art. Red Tiger is very family-oriented and a very welcoming environment to all who are curious about martial arts.

I love Red Tiger Martial Arts!! Before starting at this school last year I wasn't sure martial arts was really my thing, but I've grown a lot within the art since then. Our Sifu (teacher) is great at balancing physical instruction and internal reflection, helping us grow both inside & out. I also love learning about the cultural and historical aspects of Wing Chun. Sifu Paul and Sifu Becky definitely push us all to do well and I always get a good workout from class! At the same time they're really understanding about my limitations because of my fibromyalgia and helped me modify the movements during my pregnancy! The vibe here is very inclusive and welcoming. I would highly recommend checking this school out!

This is a great place to better yourself. It may not have the glamour of larger martial arts schools, but you will learn real life and combat skills that will follow you for the rest of your life. Sifu Paul Mason creates a safe, judgment free zone and by coming in with an open mind and a willingness to learn you'll be surprised at what you can achieve. I'd recommend this path to every one.
