We did a team building Self Defense Class and it was fantastic. Our team at Eastgate Dental Excellence feels empowered and prepared! Cody, Adam and the instructors were fantastic and did a great job teaching some strategies and moves to help everyone stay safe.

My 2 boys attend Moo Do Academy for Taekwondo one started in January of this year and the other in May. Of all the martial arts schools in Anderson that we looked into I found this one to have not only the best bang for your buck as you can attend as many classes as you’d like per week for one monthly rate but they also have the most flexible class schedule. Students are not tied to classes on specific nights at specific times as there are offerings throughout the week and all students are welcome to attend. Class times are extremely reasonable for younger students (something I did not find at other studios) instructors are welcoming and extremely personable. Each instructor brings their own experience and diverse teaching style to the school in the most positive of ways. They have also recently implemented a program for students age 4-8 called “little turtles” that allows younger kids to gain experience and exposure to martial arts in a shorter, slower paced play based class setting. My kids have gained friends, focus, confidence and most importantly joy from their experience at US Moo Do Academy and I’m grateful they are a part of Anderson Township.

One of our family friends recommended I try Taekwondo. At first I was a little nervous, but someone that did marching band in high school, I was able to quickly breeze into it. All the instructors are friendly and all have their own ways of teaching. Class schedule is very flexible with school schedule. You meet lots of new people and have a lot of fun. Totally recommend giving this place a try and/of a new journey. Little turtles class is a great program to start for kids between age 4 and 8. We tend to break things up for them and go at a much slower pace.

Our 7y/o daughter started at US Moo Doo Academy in August when we moved to the area. It's a different taekwondo discipline than she was taking in Maryland so she was nervous about joining a class. However, the instructors were very understanding of her position and worked with our family to make her journey as smooth as possible. We really appreciate the hands-on support of all the instructors and the flexible class schedule. And importantly, the other students in the classes are welcoming and friendly. Now she is excited to go to class, looks forward to learning taekwondo and spending time with her new friends.

This is a fantastic school for families looking to do martial arts training together. My 9 year old and I have been members for the last 2 years and have had a really good experience. This school is a great community in which everyone involved supports and invests in each member. Master Radcliffe and the other instructors are very effective teachers, and clearly care deeply about each member’s development as both a martial artist and as a person. The school also boasts of some of the best sparring talent/instruction that I can imagine- very supportive of beginners (like me and my son), but also clearly capable of training national level sparing competitors.
