Dropped in at Gracie Barra Frome whilst in the area visiting family. Cal, the team, and the students were all incredibly welcoming, the instruction was excellent and the rolls were great. I will definitely be returning when I’m back in the area and I highly recommend GB Frome to anyone local looking to start BJJ.

I have been attending GB Frome for about 3 years and found it a very positive experience. As a club it is welcoming, supportive and responsive to individual needs. As a sport/activity BJJ is great for physical and mental health as well as the other benefits which can come with martial arts training. I would definitely recommend.

Top coaches, facilities, training & training partners. I’ve trained both the kickboxing & BJJ here for a year & a bit now. I have found the coaches to be great at what they do & they do not take themselves so seriously that you cant have banter & fun with them whilest training hard. 10/10

I have had a lovely time visiting Gracie Barra Frome. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly. I am new to Brazilian jiu jitsu and Gracie Barra in general is all inclusive no matter your background or level of fitness. I highly recommend giving jiu-jitsu a go.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional Jiu-Jitsu Academy with a Supportive Community!** I cannot recommend **Gracie Barra Frome** enough! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this academy offers something for everyone. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the incredible sense of community and camaraderie that sets Gracie Barra apart from other schools. The instructors are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping students succeed at every level. They are always patient, making sure to break down techniques thoroughly and guide you through every step of your Jiu-Jitsu journey. The attention to detail in each class is impressive, and the positive, encouraging atmosphere makes learning even the most challenging techniques enjoyable. The facility itself is top-notch — clean, spacious, and well-equipped. You can tell they’ve invested in creating an environment where students can thrive and focus on their training without distractions. Whether you're there for fitness, self-defense, or competition preparation, Gracie Barra Frome has you covered. What really sets this place apart, though, is the amazing community. Everyone from the instructors to fellow students is incredibly supportive, making it feel like a second family. Amazing club highly recommend. My boys 8&7 have been going 2 years and the difference in them is brilliant. Inspires confidence and teaches discipline. Amazing coaches who work so well with even the most timid. Team work within the kids brings amazing friendships.
