Today I put 5 stars because before going today to find out about the classes I saw the good reviews and hadn't seen the bad ones, but I wanted to see why it had some bad stars and a difference from the person who put 1 star because according to what they didn't give her a coupon or something like that, and that she thinks they treated her badly because of her accent, well, the lady who attended me, who I think is the same one, treated me fantastic, gave me the information I needed and I am 100% sure that I will enroll my daughter to take classes next week, I also practiced martial arts and it seems that the Dojo is in excellent condition!

Howard's ATA is a friendly, family operated business. Master Howard is especially patient with the children, and enjoys teaching, his wife mans the desk, and their 2 sons are fabulous instructors. I have 4 grandsons ages 6-10, a granddaughter age 4, and a daughter who attends classes. I highly recommend this studio.

We just started the beginners class at ATA O’Fallon. My daughter requested to join a martial arts program and we wanted to support her. We decided to enrolled my son in the program as well. What we did not realize is they will not only be learning skills, but they are apart of a positive environment that also educates on how to live a positive life outside of class. We are beyond thrilled with our experience so far! 6 month update: Feelings are the same! This is truly an exceptional establishment.

I cannot say enough great things about ATA O'Fallon. The entire Howard family is incredible and their ability to work with and connect with each kid is not something often seen. They promote life skills while also getting in a workout. If you are interested in getting yourself or your kids in to martial arts I couldn't give any greater recommendation.

ATA OFallon with the Howards is the perfect fit for our family. I appreciate the enforcement of discipline and focus in my boys, along with the continual encouragment they receive in class. They are thriving. It's a very warm and structured environment, and I love that it's family owned and operated. Glad to be a part of this place for a long time coming.

My eight year old son has gained so much focus and discipline as a direct result of his involvement in mr. Howard’s classes. His sons and his wife are involved and do a great job supporting as well. Very good experience!

Howard’s ATA is truly exceptional! It is family owned and operated by such a respectful, skilled family. We feel so grateful to have joined such an amazing team. My son was a shy, not confident child who was interested in being a “ninja”. I had no idea the amount of confidence and skill he would develop. Master Howard, Mrs. Howard and Mr.Corbin Howard and Mrs. Sperry are exceptional. We are excited to see where this journey takes him and we couldn’t be happier that we found Howard’s ATA!

O'fallon ATA is the best! We've going here for almost 3 years. My 2 boys and I have learned a lot from Master Howard, Mrs Howard, Mr Corbin Howard and Mrs Sperry. So helpful and dedicated to teaching the proper forms and techniques.

Our 7 year old son has been going here for about a year and a half now and he loves it. This school is family owned and operated by the Howard Family and they are amazing with the kids! We have definitely noticed increased self confidence, discipline and respect with our son during his time here. If you live in the O'Fallon area and are considering martial arts for your child or yourself you need to definitely come talk to the Howards before making any decisions.

Master Howard, Mrs. Howard and the whole ATA Martial Arts O'Fallon Team are amazing!!!! Our Family loves everything we participate in from the beginner's Tiger class to the women's kickboxing. The facility is nicely set up and all the staff are genuinely caring about everyone. I am recommending everyone to try it out. Kids will love it and Mommy can get a good workout in the Kickboxing sessions, too.

This ATA is absolutely incredible! The family who runs it is beyond amazing and they've taught my son more in 4 months than any other sport has before. The focus, discipline and respect they teach and require is incredible, and any child who goes through classes there will leave changed for the better!

What an amazing place! This is not a just a school, but a family. The skills taught here aren't just for practice on the mat, but development of the whole person on and off the mat. ATA Howard helps all of their students at their own pace with respect and positivity. I cannot say enough about this school. I would recommend them to any one and everyone!

I don't think I could ever say enough wonderful things about this school and the Howard family! They have done so much already for my son and I can't wait to see what the future holds for him at ATA. Master Howard, Mrs. Howard, and Corbin are phenomenal teachers! They've really tried to help Sawyer with any struggles he has had in class (or outside of class) in a way that doesn't single him out from the group and I am forever grateful for that. Mrs. Sperry is always so helpful and ready to greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in the door which is always comforting. I highly recommend this school!!!

ATA Martial Arts in O'Fallon MO is the best place to learn Taekwondo. Master Howard and Mrs Howard teach all ages groups the right way to earn your black belt while also gaining self-esteem, respect for you and others and the discipline you need in life to achieve your goals. I have and still do recommend them to anyone who is interested in this sport and lifestyle.

THIS FAMILY IS AMAZING!! ATA has helped my son grow within a 7 month period. They give kids the confidence they need to grow, self esteem during the awkward middle school year and teaching them to be the best they can be. I would even consider them extended family to our family.. They each have their own role to run the business but, it doesn't feel like a business. It simply feels like going to a friend or family members home. My son is very shy and didn't do well in soccer but, LOVES ATA he goes there 3-4x a week. Enjoys the competitions that you can participate in, they don't push you to do this, but the kids that do seem to really enjoy it. My daughter wants to do this as well but, she's already in our 2 activity limit. LOL

ATA has been a huge game changer for our family. Our 9 year old son has ADHD, Anxiety, and self esteem issues. His progress at ATA over the past year has been phenomenal, and the Howard Family has been an integral piece to this crazy puzzle in our lives. The Howards are wonderful with their students. They demand respect and integrity, but they make it fun and challenging and each student progresses at their own level. Excellent martial arts studio for anyone at any level!

This is a Facility for the whole entire family! Master & Mrs. Howard have really created an environment that is inviting and challenging at the same time! Our Family uses ATA Martial Arts for my son's Tae Kon Do classes and KickBoxing classes for me. As a Tae Kon Do instruction, I am so impressed to see how they are able to differentiate instruction to meet the a various needs of the students while building up the confidence at the same time. The KickBoxing class for women is a warm-inviting environment that meets your own individual needs. This class challenges you to push yourself further in a judgement-free zone. I love learning new moves and feeling empowered, all while having a blast at the same time.

If you're looking for a great martial arts facility then you're done looking. Walk in the door, sign up and get started. From little tigers, teens, womens fitness, sparring, weapons training to adult only classes this family run facility will not disappoint. Come in and become part of the family. If you are still reading this you are wasting more time, get in that door and do it.

The Howards are amazing people who are dedicated to making martial arts an enjoyable experience for the entire family. I have two boys (3 and 4) and some days their focus is better than others. Master Howard & Mrs. Howard are wonderful with kids. They always promote good values and provide positive encouragement, which always leads to our children's continuous improvement. Even when our kids' focus or physical abilities are not quite up to par, they are treated with respect and left to feel important and valued. My wife participates in kickboxing (Women's Fit) on Mondays and Wednesdays. She and I both attend the adult Taekwondo classes. The adult classes are great alternatives to traditional gym workouts. The workouts are challenging and help toward your individual physical goals. You will only be compared to yourself based off your own abilities. You are NOT judged or compared to others. The journey is about your own personal growth. Regardless where you are physically or where your kids are in ability and focus, the Howards find a way to get everyone moving in a positive direction. I don't write many reviews but I highly recommend this school and the instructors who work there. If you're reading this, try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Simply put, this place is amazing! We have a 5 year old son who indicated that he wanted to learn Taekwondo, so we looked into it. He was a little shy at first, but after speaking with Mrs. Howard only a few short minutes...his interest perked up. A friend of his invited him to a pizza party there one night, and ever since he was hooked! I decided to also join, to reinforce my son's positive direction, and I can say that has, and will continue to help us both in many ways. Mrs. Howard does exceptionally well with the kiddos, and has a nice blend of fun + discipline in her ways.

It takes a lot to impress me but I must say that ATA Martial Arts in O'Fallon has done just that! The instructors are fantastic with the kids, the facility is spotless and their organizational skills are impeccable. My son received an email from his instructor as soon as the morning classes were over telling him how proud she was of his first class. And this was after already telling him that at the end of class. The kickboxing class was also a great workout for me!

My husband and I signed our kids up for the trial program and after the first class. I found myself wanting to join in. I noticed right away that both Master Howard and Mrs. Howard have a way of making sure each child feels important and valued in class. As a mom that is big deal. Both Mr. and Mrs. Howard are great with the kids, they make class enjoyable and educational at the same time. If you are looking for a fun, and active way to spend time with the family, or yoir kids need something fun to do after school or you just want be more active yourself join us here at ATA Martial Arts in Ofallon... You have nothing to lose, and Everything to gain..

The one-on-one attention to students during the class is exceptional. They are strict without being harsh and encourage the best out of all the students. The focus on discipline is definitely present, but there are smiles and recognition for doing a job well done.

Giving 1 star because being forced to put a star here. I took my daughter there for a trial class someone in her playgroup invited. By the end of the class a woman who was I guess the owner or a manager handed everyone a coupoun but me. Someone else in the staff said: oh I'll get you one and the woman refused saying my daughter was too young. She was the same age as the other kids there. It broke my heart and I was really wondering if it's because I have an accent??? No foreigners accepted to don not create an exotic interaction maybe????? Whatever was the reason it broke my heart and I am not stepping there again. I am a business owner myself and would rather to spend vacation in Jail than treating any potential customer this way. Shame. It was a while ago and I hope they improved.
