I've been really impressed with Full Metal Jiu Jitsu. The coaches create a welcoming, supportive environment while maintaining high standards of discipline and technique. My son has been attending Judo here and has really enjoyed the experience. It's great to see the emphasis on respect, confidence, fitness, and continual improvement. I highly recommend Full Metal Jiu Jitsu to anyone looking for quality martial arts instruction on the Gold Coast.
Such an amazing gym for anyone looking to get into the sport or who has moved and looking to find their new gym. Everyone at full metal are very welcoming and the atmosphere here is incredible.

Fantastic entry point to an essential skill. Justin & Jimmy have done an incredible job in creating a warm and friendly environment. The classes are engaging and fun for the kids and they pay great attention to making new students feel comfortable. My daughter loves the classes and is happy to be able to learn with other young kids. Highly recommended.
I’ve been training here over three years and I can’t overstate the positive impact this gym has had on my life. There is a strong culture of respect, inclusion, communication and fun. From day one I was made to feel extremely welcome in a sport that is renown for savagery. There is also a great women and kids program.
If you’re interested in jiu jitsu, but feel a bit intimidated by the thought of wrestling sweaty humans, then this place is perfect to dip your toe. I love coming here every single day.
