Great gym to drop in and train

Fantastic gym! Contacted Coach Kieran for drop in as I live abroad. Top level coaching, clean & super friendly gym. Instantly felt like part of the AOG family. No Egos, great technical Jiu-Jitsu and fantastic rolling. Would highly recommend 🤼‍♂️🫶

AOG is a fantastic grappling gym with a very friendly atmosphere and an excellent level of coaching and training partners. When I told the gym owner, Kieran, about coming back to the gym to help me prepare for my first ever MMA fight, as soon as he realised it was a charity fight to help raise money for Zoe's Place he told me to put the money for the classes into my fund raiser instead of paying him.

Been at this gym a year now and the coaching is quality, it is a great atmosphere and you are treated like family from day one - one of the best gyms I have ever trained at!

Dropped in here for a couple sessions whilst working in the area. Great comms from the start when asking about training here. Coaches were very knowledgeable, training partners were all very welcoming. The task based rounds were a great method and got some quality grappling rounds in.

Great place to train, and always receive a high level of teaching from coaches Kieran and Ryan who put a lot of effort into their classes. Have evening classes and also morning classes, and both will always have a range of levels on the mat including black and brown belts. Constantly have visitors of all levels drop in through the week, which is a testament to how welcoming everyone in the gym is. Great place to train. (Also can’t forget there’s a shower too, for extra bonus points)
