I couldn’t be happier with Daisy’s progress down at True Grips Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the tutelage of her professors Craig Lawton & Lance Poxton (Poggy). In just a few weeks under these 2 gentlemen’s guidance, Daisy has grown so much and overcome many barriers, which I am truly grateful for! Craig’s awareness goes beyond the mats and his ability to manage team dynamics, kids moods, energy levels and behaviour types is second to none and True Grips is a place I TRUST to GUIDE, to NURTURE and to GROW my daughter. Also a massive thank you to Poggy’s wife for keeping the class under control and always being on hand to offer that nurturing support when needed! OSS!

awesome place to train. Craig and Lance as super accommodating for beginners and season pros alike. i was a complete novice going in 12 weeks ago but i was made to feel very welcome and quickly felt like i belong. 1000% would recommend.

If you want to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a safe and frankly environment True Grips Bjj is a place for you! In addition to this has a great weight class gym indoors1

Been training at True Grips BJJ for a few months now, absolutely class gym. All top lads and brilliant coaches who make everyone feel welcome. Great atmosphere to learn and improve, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. Highly recommend!
