I have been going to app grapplers for about 2 months. It’s been An amazing experience for me being able to use my prior wrestling knowledge and expand it with the help of the amazing coaches here. I would highly recommend anyone regardless of if they have any experience to try out app grapplers.

AGA is a great place to learn jiu jitsu. The community is amazing. And everyone is always willing to help you grow in the sport.

Welcoming people and excellent instruction. Me & my fiancée dropped in while on vacation, and everybody was very nice while still being tough rolls. Cannot say enough good things and hope to come back someday!

I can’t say enough positive things about this group. With several years of training already under my belt they have only added to that with not only their sharing of skills and knowledge but with great attitudes and an eagerness to help and great professionalism. A very solid group of people on and off the mats highly recommend if your looking to get into grappling wether for self defense exercise or just looking for a fun activity with good people come check them out.

Appalachian Grapplers is an excellent BJJ gym with top-notch instruction and a great community vibe. The coaches are knowledgeable, the training is tough but supportive, and the facility is clean with plenty of mat space. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this is a great place to grow and improve. Rolling with Matt feels like hugging a grizzly… that’s really into wrist locks. Highly recommend!
