I previously had no interest in BJJ, but was convinced to give it a try by some friends. After PM'ing the Jiu-Jitsu Hub I received really helpful information and advice from Elishia. I asked alot(!) of questions. Elishia answered all of my questions and was nothing but friendly, patient and helpful, there was never any pressure to join the club. A few weeks later, I arrived for my first class feeling slightly anxious in advance. I was paired up with Jayde who showed me the fundamentals and explained everything really well, was patient and knew how to work with someone of my skill level (zero). I was made to feel welcome and comfortable immediately. Head coach Simon is extremely knowledgeable and humble. He is an excellent coach and has the right balance of knowledge, skill and teaching ability to really break things down into simple steps. He gives his time to everyone and is really good at drilling the fundamentals which can be applied to multiple scenarios. Finally, the club members reflect the value of the club - welcoming, friendly and humble. Experienced members also demonstrate patience with beginners such as myself. Highly recommended for all age and skill levels.

Since joining Jiu-Jitsu Hub, we have had the best time and an amazing experience. It is such a welcoming, supportive and family-friendly place, with a great range of classes for all ages and abilities. Our boys absolutely love the competition opportunities and the continued support and encouragement they receive with every step of their progress. We couldn’t be happier to be part of the Jiu-Jitsu Hub family!

Great teachers, that have the time to teach and show the kids on how to learn jiu-jitsu. Whilst making it a fun environment. My kids love coming.

My experience with The Jiu-Jitsu Hub has been absolutely incredible. I have two autistic daughters, and finding a supportive, understanding environment where they can grow in confidence and feel genuinely welcomed hasn't always been easy but this place has exceeded every expectation. The coaches are patient, kind, and incredibly skilled at meeting each child where they are. Especially the amazing female coach Jayde who has been an absolute game-changer for my two daughters. From the very beginning, she made them feel seen and empowered. I’ve seen my daughters self-esteem and social confidence grow in such a short time. I can’t recommend The Jiu-Jitsu Hub enough for any parent, especially those with neurodivergent children. It’s truly life-changing.

We joined The Jiu Jitsu Hub late last year after moving my kids over from another local gym, under recommendation from a friend. I ended up giving it a go for myself as well. I’m glad we made the move and very thankful for the recommendation. The coaching staff are fantastic, very supportive and patient with the kids. The adult classes are the exact same regardless of skill level or physical attributes, there are zero egos, the people are very welcoming and are happy to help beginners learn. It’s a credit to Simon, Elisha and the coaching staff with the culture that’s been created in this place.

The Hub is a great place to train, Simon, his wife and assistant coaches have created an awesome inclusive atmosphere and are always willing to help people of all ages and levels. Whether youre looking for a healthy way to exercise, learn self defence, train to compete or as a hobbiest the Hub is the place to be. 10/10 would recommend giving The Hub a try!

Excellent Jiujitsu gym. I went looking for a place almost 2 years ago with people I could trust and essentially a training environment I can call home. Since training at the Jiu-jitsu hub I have made a new range of friends, learn great Jiujitsu from an excellent black belt coach and to top it off the coaching staff show up to all the competitions I compete at, to support and give guidance. I couldn’t recommend a better place to learn BJJ and make great friends.

The Jiujitsu Hub is definitely the place to be if you want to get the best skills out, and to build life long friends along the way. When learning off Professor Simon in class, it feels very personal. The way Simon teaches, makes it feel like you’re being spoken to one on one, rather than talked at in a big class. You can just tell how much he cares about his students and the support is unmatched. I’ve found my forever gym!!!
